It’s been said that all four members of Queen were in attendance at either the 24th or 25th - not sure which one but…it’s nice to know this. Freddie once said of Robert: “he says nice things about me.” Poor Freddie was the object of ridicule I’m sure but one thing IS for sure: Freddie became a LEGEND. Robert of course was aware of his talent. Getting back to the Swiss Army Knife of Zeppelin: John Paul… If you notice, he completely control’s Going To California with his mandolin cues. The guy could seemingly do it ALL huh?
Absolutely beautiful. Never get tired of these shows from Earls Court. 'That's the Way' is magic. Hope you do 'Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp' from the same show with Bonham playing castanets and JPJ on stand-up Bass. You thought the studio version was a toe tapper! 🎵
Led Zep is SOOOoooo GOOD, if that wasn't already clear. I have never seen that version of "Tangerine". Zeppelin 3 is such a great piece of artwork! Thanks Team Busy! For Dev Love that Plum Rose blouse (Going to California), I don't normally comment on Women's fashion. Reminds me of ("the girl next door") someone. "What did Mama say to me".
They brought the acoustic set back because there was criticism that the shows would be exactly the same format as the recently ended US Tour so they threw in Tangerine and the acoustic set….basically just to say “f*** you” to the musical press at the time
@@MusicforBusyPeople without a doubt. Jimmy Page is idolised for his electric guitar playing but he is outstanding when it comes to playing the acoustic. Nobody plays an acoustic guitar like Jimmy, he just has this sound that’s instantly recognisable
I like the acoustic version of the studio production better than the regular live version of their songs. I'm biased though. There aren't many live versions I like.

@@MusicforBusyPeople you will love it! Bon,o dings harmony!
Jimmy wrote Tangerine, it was very personal to him. Possibly about Jackie DeShannon.
Love love love Tangerine from the first time I heard it in 85. This album was definitely something for history, you can totally get lost in it.
This was Jimmy's song...luv hearing Jimmy do background vocals...Robert got a kick out of it, too.
Great Set of Songz. Thanx Kidz ❤
what you don't see is Jonesy also playing the bass pedals at the end of That's the Way

you're like the only ones to modify the video to avoid getting blocked.
It's a mystery what RUclips will block. I have to use trial and error. We've had videos blocked months later after upload.

nobody like the mighty zep..
They have one more bron your stomp
but I will say that Gowing to California is a panty melter. Jimmy Page absolutely was the coolest rockstar in history.
Tangerine was not very good here at all
