I Love & Miss this show, I know people think a show can go on too long, I agree in some show’s but I don’t agree on “24”!! I believe people would watch this show as long as it was on T.V. & continued with excellent writing, keeping the main characters as long as possible & new & believable story lines. Look at “Law & Order SVU” they have been on T.V. for 22 Season’s, I Believe “24”is that kind of show… just my opinion

Jack lost everything his family,soul and friends..he put his own country above his just to keep it safe..no matter how controversial that was in my eyes he was a hero..he saved lots of lives..the job was done at the end of the day..period..nobody can tell me he went too far..naahh..as far as he always found the truth..the his the best man for the job..I like it that hr wasnt for all drama and politics..he did the dirty job and got the job done.

If the show finds no resolve or closure in finishing a chess game with Jack’s daughter (or now granddaughter), then I can only suspect the people behind the show are just inhuman ATMs, who don’t care how a show affects us but still continue to rake in the Benjamins. Scum until the Bauer character arc receives justice.
Do you think they could find a way to bring Audrey Raines back? As far as I'm concerned, a character who is not shot in the head in 24 could return (she should have never been killed off - Chloe however could).
Here's what I know(my version anyway). I believe at the end of Season 9,Jack knowing full well the Russians were going to catch him,gave Chloe something in her hand that would pinpoint his exact location!!!! He probably made to the Russian hideout,was rescued and most likely faked his death again and is in Europe hiding for sure.
Season 10 the finale season. Ditch the dumb time gimmick. Let this whole season take place over 24 day . Tony leads a black ops team to extract Jack because there is some plot and only one man is good enough to stop it. Make it the best season and the last. End with Kim at jacks funereal and a hero’s death. Done
