You are forgetting one thing. It's a bite, not a stabbing. Toy chica would have to stab the guard's head. while Mangle can just swoop down and bite the guard in the head / face. Plus Chica's beak doesn't look like it can open that far. And an adult head is larger than Chica's beak, by a long shot.
I think Toy Chica’s voiceline about her beak on your forehead was just a taunting message from her to William about the Bite of ‘83. This could be said with the Bite of ‘87 being caused by Mangle as well but pretty much I think this is Toy Chica’s way of saying “Hey, remember those two other guys who got their frontal lobes bitten off? Thats what ive been saying to people! We're playing as W.Afton after all. I also have seen other people call UCN not cannon but i dont really care. Mangle has more reason or theories that it did the bite, while tchica believers🤓 only relies on a single voiceline.
It was Mangle, *apparently* the former night guard Jeremy Fitzgerald, who you play as for the first two (I think, maybe just the first) nights. While he was on the day shift Mangle came off of the ceiling and bit his forehead (frontal lobe), mistaking him for William Afton. This is just what I’ve put together as a theory from some research I’ve done on it so don’t take it too seriously
The victim is most likely not Jeremy. The messages from FNAF2 are prerecorded from months ago, they were meant for someone a while ago. Jeremy was thus never moved to day shift, the person those messages were originally for was, and that person was likely the victim. The entire place is closed down for months, hence why the restaurant is a mess. Jeremy is just a night guard when the restaurant was planned to be reopened (before it was ultimately scrapped due to the animatronics still being too dangerius around the guards)

I don't think that's true most because the phone guy says the animatronics are fine around kids but are hostile towards the staff. With him even in saying to stay close to the animatronics, any would have likely stayed around the toy versions of Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica. And in order for mangles radio to be used as evidence that means that this is implying that The Bite of 87 already happened before your week which makes absolutely no sense as by the end of night 6 when phone guy is saying about how none of them are acting right and how a birthday is happening at that day along with telling you to stay close the animatronics the idea of one of them biting off somebody's frontal lobe in front of several kids and adults makes perfect sense as to why it closed down as the ending of night 6.
But mangle was a take apart and put together for children, and I don’t think there’s a child in mangle so mangle have every reason to cause the bite of 87.
My problem with it being Mangle is that it most likely happened when Jeremy was leaving the building but Mangle is so loud with the constant radio static Jeremy could easily avoid Mangle plus she probably isn't fast considering she doesn't have legs and crawls and climbs everywhere.
i dont think it was mangle. her police radio described a little boy, Jeremy was the victim, who is a grown man. also, all toys animatronics have criminal database systems, meaning they all have access to police contact. mangle being so often torn apart means it's constantly playing. and the bite was committed near parts and service which is across the building from kids cove

a big indicator on why I believe it was toy bonnie is because why is the newer model of bonnie lacking a buck tooth, it's a trademark for any rabbit character to have. something telling me that it was due to the incident in which they just removed the front top tooth of the animatronics. Narratively it would be interesting, toy bonnie buck teeth is narrow enough to not completely destroy the human skull such as the case with foxy or mangle but isn't too broad to have a crushing effect like freddy's or fredbear, the chomp of 83.

The reason I think it was foxy is because fazbear entertainment is known for being fast, meaning the could’ve reopened the 1985 location quickly. And when phone guy refers to the e animatronics being able to move around during the day, he is most likely talking about the fnaf 1 animatronics. It also explains why foxy is out of order. Also the fact that every lore event that was revealed in fnaf 1, has been confirmed to happen at that location except the bite, so it makes sense that it would’ve happened at that location as well. And the final reason is that it wouldn’t make sense for Scott to bring up an event that was planned for another FNAF when FNAF 1 was supposed to be his last game if it didn’t blow up.

Here's some evidence for both Mangle and Toy Chica (If you have any other evidence for either character let me know) Mangle: His jaw seems large enough and his teeth seem sharp enough It feels correct from a storytelling standpoint: The broken down animatronic retaliating against an employee because the staff stopped fixing her (or just her being broken causes her to malfunction) Her jumpscare, obviously. The birthday party the bite happens on was probably for younger children, so it might have taken place in Kids Cove. Here's an idea of what could have happened: Some kid could have been messing with Mangle, and then Mangle tries to attack the kid. Bite Victim (Jeremy) tries to stop Mangle, but gets bit while doing so. (One thing to mention is that the Bite of 87 makes it so the animatronics aren't allowed to walk around during the day, so I don't see Fazbear Entertainment not just blaming the bite on the fact Mangle was broken, and continuing to let the properly functioning animatronics to walk around.) (I would also like the point out that Mangle's radio cannot be used as evidence due to the fact the radio is a stock sound, and even if it wasn't it would still be false since people think it says "He's definitely dead" and "Little boy" since the victim survived and the victim is most likely Jeremy, an adult.) Toy Chica: Although not confirmed, it feels likely that Mangle would be deactivated during the day so the kids could take him apart. Mangles mouth is too big to remove only the frontal lobe. Mangle isn't with the other animatronics, and Jeremy was probably with the main three if the birthday party was centered around them. Toy Chica's beak fits better to do damage focused in the frontal lobe. Toy Chica is active during the day. Scott has suspiciously said a lot about Toy Chica's beak. (But I guess that can be explained due to Scott leaning towards dream theory) Although not great proof, her UCN voice lines do imply that when she attacks she goes for the forehead, which is where the frontal lobe is.

I can't be The withered animatronics because they would have been deactivated during the time of the bite. But, William would definitely have reasons to put his son's death year as the key to the cameras as it is symbolic; he is researching down in the SL because he wants to get remnant to make his robots come to life, with his ultimate goal being to put CC back together. Also, I believe Michael is the player of FNAF 4 and it's his nightmares after being scooped; lots of evidence (it was definitely CC at the release of FNAF 4 but Scott retconned it to be Michael). According to you, the FNAF 4 minigames take place in 1987. If Fredbear's Family Diner was open and we saw Fredbear killing CC, why would the Toys be scrapped? Your own theory/timeline caused a loophole. Also, both the toys and the springlocks were decommissioned with WAYYYY too much time between each decommissioning, so there has to be 2 separate events; i.e. the springlock failures and the Bite of '83, and the Bite of '87 respectively. Mangle:
His jaw seems large enough and his teeth seem sharp enough
It feels correct from a storytelling standpoint: The broken down animatronic retaliating against an employee because the staff stopped fixing her (or just her being broken causes her to malfunction)
Her jumpscare, obviously.
The birthday party the bite happens on was probably for younger children, so it might have taken place in Kids Cove. Here's an idea of what could have happened: Some kid could have been messing with Mangle, and then Mangle tries to attack the kid. Bite Victim (Jeremy) tries to stop Mangle, but gets bit while doing so.
(One thing to mention is that the Bite of 87 makes it so the animatronics aren't allowed to walk around during the day, so I don't see Fazbear Entertainment not just blaming the bite on the fact Mangle was broken, and continuing to let the properly functioning animatronics to walk around.)
(I would also like the point out that Mangle's radio cannot be used as evidence due to the fact the radio is a stock sound, and even if it wasn't it would still be false since people think it says "He's definitely dead" and "Little boy" since the victim survived and the victim is most likely Jeremy, an adult.)
Toy Chica:
Although not confirmed, it feels likely that Mangle would be deactivated during the day so the kids could take him apart.
Mangles mouth is too big to remove only the frontal lobe. It would probably destroy the entire face of the Victim (Jeremy) instead. And including all of this, the Victim (Jeremy) would also need to survive.
Mangle isn't with the other animatronics, and Jeremy was probably with the main three if the birthday party was centered around them.
Toy Chica's beak fits better to do damage focused in the frontal lobe.

If you listen very carefully to mangle's radio static then you can hear people talking about a child missing its frontal lobe which means that mangle recorded sound after the bite occurred
I'm guessing that the toys had a police recording system that would start to record sound when their facial recognition detects a criminal

But, William would definitely have reasons to put his son's death year as the key to the cameras as it is symbolic; he is researching down in the SL because he wants to get remnant to make his robots come to life, with his ultimate goal being to put CC back together. Also, I believe Michael is the player of FNAF 4 and it's his nightmares after being scooped; lots of evidence (it was definitely CC at the release of FNAF 4 but Scott retconned it to be Michael).
According to you, the FNAF 4 minigames take place in 1987. If Fredbear's Family Diner was open and we saw Fredbear killing CC, why would the Toys be scrapped? Your own theory/timeline caused a loophole.
