I read alot of stories of Al Hoffman being a bad-ass. I had a chance to see the guy on race day. I guess he did not let people fuck with him and i think it's the way to go. Real guy in a real world. Thanks Al and may you rest in peace.
Not gonna lie or not comment as I am here in the sweet summer of June of the year 2022 San Diego, CA !!! I went to NHRA as a sophomore when I was at the infamous Rim of the World High-school located up in the San Bernardino California mountains y’all!! I somehow was enrolled in a video media production class and dog-gone-it we went to NHRA and our class WON the for best filming out of a gripppp of schools! All I gotta say is woooooo-doggyyyyy! What goes around comes back around!? Ha! Thanks for these OG videos. Hopefully I’ll find ours in the YT world mix! Peace & p.s. Happy 80th Birthday Paul McCartney:)!

does anyone know why other nhra seasons were (apparently) recently deleted? i had a playlist from 90-96 & i just noticed only drag racing 91 is listed.

they should tell the allderman story as it was..(truth) he was permanently suspended for drug conspiracy charges and was allowed to reapply after 2 years..the racing back then set new records almost every race..in almost every class.
You want the truth? He was suspended by NHRA for 2 years because he was found guilty of conspiracy to traffic. He paid his debt to society and was reinstated by NHRA for his return for the 1994 season.
From what i have been doing lately you get those "Matched third Party Content" Copyright tags telling you the names of the song and the composer when it's something by APM, but the KPM songs don't get those tags.
