I am not a religious person myself but I think Luke really exemplifies a Christ-like Christian. He's a great ambassador for his faith and his goodness and authenticity shines through all the time.
Non-theist here, I thought the same thing. Especially when he said his congregation takes turns sharing their own voices. That immediately eliminated so many of the turn offs I have from having previously been a part of Christianity. Luke is such a wholesome guy, I'll gladly listen to anything he uploads.
Growing up without a father, i always wonder on how can i be a good husband and father to my future wife and kids. Watching Luke with his videos taught me on how can i be a loving father and husband. I just love this man, he became my role model ever since.

When I started watching Outdoor Boys channel, I was like, look at this nerdy guy eating his camping foods like kids cereals and pancakes. But for some reason I just kept on watching and watching.. Then I realize that theres something with this guy, that he is a man of God. Then I watched one of his videos that they go to church every Sunday and my thoughts were valid. Then saw this video, which was uploaded 3 years ago! It truly is amazing what God can bless you with and how you keep on serving him above all else. Well done Luke and Rebecca.

I dont understand why would anyone pray to God if they should get married or not and such. As an inteligent adult you can make your decision base on facts, your wishes, desires, current situation etc. Anyway huge respect for this guy and I hope to see more of his wonderful videos. Glad the comments are opened here cause they are locked anywhere else.
This is an amazing, non-imposing way to share your experience with religion and God. I recently came to a different religion, and I find it very rewarding. Appreciate your message and what you do. Alhamdulillah
I grew up LDS here in Salt Lake, and when I started watching Outdoor Boys, I had a feeling Luke was Mormon. The earnest kindness mixed with sharp, tough, outdoor savvy- reminds me of my extended family and young-men’s leaders who i looked up to. I ended up leaving the religion, and am very thankful that I did, because it’s the right path for me, and many others. But I love LDS folks and I understand anyone who loves outdoors like this man does. Keep living the dream, Luke!
Jesus still loves you I’m glad you left the religion but don’t give up on Jesus he hasn’t given up on you. Don’t ever go back to a lds church but read your bible and NIV or ESV. Jesus is the way to salvation not good works

It just goes to show that there really is a light that follows believers of Christ. Your actions mirror His light! Stay safe out there, brother, and keep posting amazing content!
And here I always thought you were ex-military. That is so awesome about your faith. I am a born-again Christian finding faith in the Lord has given me peace.
This is amazing. I’ve been avidly enjoying your videos for a few months now and you’re the only outdoor/survival channel that I follow and I had no idea why I enjoyed your content so much. I just felt an overwhelming sense of love and compassion pouring from you and now I know that it’s the fathers love which makes these videos that much more special. I’ve just recently joined a church again after over 15 years and the change in my life has been incredible. Signs like this are constant reminder that I’m on the right path mentally and spiritually. Thank you and God bless your family!

Luke, you remind me of some good guys I met and got to know when I pledged a fraternity in college and again when I moved to the upper peninsula of Michigan to get married. I love the outdoors and I especially love how you demonstrate Godly character and a willingness to find joy in life. May God continue to shine on you and your family and grant you his unending favor for generations to come.
I’m a Christian in Tennessee, I love watching your videos on the Outdoor Boys. I’m not LDS, however I’ve spoken with many and they’ve all been amazing devout people, so it doesn’t surprise me that you are LDS as well. I don’t believe in Joseph Smith or his teachings, nor his revelation of who Jesus is. Thankful for your outdoor videos I’ve learned a lot through them!
Amen and I’m sure you are praying for Luke and all in Lds to come out of it. Read the Bible in a NIV or ESV version. That alone. Believe Jesus is the son of God the only begotten son. Died and rose after three days. Born of the spirit to mother Mary. God bless you all

“As I try to do one, I get better at the other” - amazing.
This guys is just amazing. He can build anything he can fix anything he can survive anywhere. I love his videos and watch them often. After watching this video I am even more impressed by what has this dude accomplished in his life like that he is a certified lawyer. I wish him and his family the best. Dont really understand what is the big deal with religion and God in the US being from the Czech Republic one of the most infidel countries in Europe.
Luke keep doing you’re work thanks for inspiring others !!!
It,s nice to know you and Becka are my brother and sister in Christ.
Met many wonderful people of the Mormom faith.
Im happy luke is christian and follow jesus. And his whole family 😊
Luke your an icon my boy love what you do. Praise Jesus ✝️
This is an amazing, non-imposing way to share your experience with religion and God. I recently came to a different religion, and I find it very rewarding. Appreciate your message and what you do. Alhamdulillah
I've been watching you and your family since my husband passed away in May. He was an avid fisherman. Thank you for making me smile.
Same!
Jesus still loves you I’m glad you left the religion but don’t give up on Jesus he hasn’t given up on you. Don’t ever go back to a lds church but read your bible and NIV or ESV.
Jesus is the way to salvation not good works
@@carly-0-7shhhhh
@@carly-0-7 True. Mormon Jesus is not the true Jesus, they are two completely different people.
This was great! Praise Jesus our Lord and Savior ❤️🙌🏻
Luke is a diamond. May you live a truly blessed and happy life. I hope you can come and do some content in Ireland with your family ❤
Quite possibly your best video yet! Thank you, not only for your incredible content, but for your love of our savior, Jesus Christ, and for your commitment to your faith.
Great witness! Thank you for not being ashamed of the gospel.
Love watching his channel. Wholesome guy and great father.
Love all your videos. You have a beautiful family 😊
I love this side of your family...
Just seen this video.... awesome 👌
I've been watching your videos for over a year now, and I knew you were a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I, too, am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, and I echo your same sentiments and thoughts on family and following Christ. It just goes to show that there really is a light that follows believers of Christ. Your actions mirror His light! Stay safe out there, brother, and keep posting amazing content!
Luke and Becca, this was exactly what I needed to hear today. God's timing is perfect, even when it feels at times like He's way off pace.
I love this guy so much. He's just the most wholesome person ever
I love your channel!!! I also love listening to your testimony and I always wanted to do what you do one day! God bless!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
And here I always thought you were ex-military. That is so awesome about your faith. I am a born-again Christian finding faith in the Lord has given me peace.
This guy is the best export we have.
God Bless the both of you and your family and The Lord Jesus Christ 🙏🏼
This is amazing. I’ve been avidly enjoying your videos for a few months now and you’re the only outdoor/survival channel that I follow and I had no idea why I enjoyed your content so much. I just felt an overwhelming sense of love and compassion pouring from you and now I know that it’s the fathers love which makes these videos that much more special. I’ve just recently joined a church again after over 15 years and the change in my life has been incredible. Signs like this are constant reminder that I’m on the right path mentally and spiritually. Thank you and God bless your family!
Praise God man! What an awesome testimony. And you have very beautiful children so thank the Lord for that!
Had the pleasure of meeting this man and one of his sons at a breakfast diner the other day
This is beautiful! I'm so happy for them ❤✝
I have always loved your content and kinda knew from it that you were a spiritual family. Thanks for opening up to us and sharing your spiritual journey. You are a great example and mentor for our crazy world. God bless you and your beautiful family!
Love his videos a great man
Bruh you're a christian too?? man this guy is the goat, so inspirational 😭
more precisely Mormon. He is not a Christian. ruclips.net/video/QXTUKfUb7SM/видео.html
Thank you Jesus for giving us Luke and his family for the Glory of you shines bright!!
God bless you all
@@carly-0-7 LDS here, we read the KJV of the bible, but besides that we fully believe everything else you stated. As for Joseph Smith we simply believe him to be a modern day prophet, we dont worship him or anything, hope that clears anything up, and Marry Christmas!
I grew up without a father and watching your videos of trips with your family heal that part of me that didnt get to experience the love of a father figure. Truly admirable and a personal rolemodel of mine. Thank You Luke.
You get to be a fisherman everyday and as well wake up as a fisher of men, life for you is blessed!
I’m not religious, but Mormons genuinely seem like the nicest people.
They seem that way, but I’ve spoken with a lot of exmormons and they all tell me that a lot of it is surface levels, which makes me sad.
@JJamahJamerson very true for the ones in Utah. Most all the LDS people outside of Utah and southeastern Idaho are genuinely great people.
I love your outdoorboys channel! You and your family seem so wholesome
Got out of the Marines earlier this year. I saw clips of Luke's solos adventures and I was so intrigued. I found his youtube channel, after I was in the process of reinforcing my faith in Jesus. Saw a marine corps video, saw my secret password with God in one of his videos. God is good. Thank you Luke for being an awesome guy, role model and Man of God.
great, normal, old style, persons. The best of youtube.
Luke is the man!!! Someone who I aspire to be like one day!!
Love your channels. You are great family. Thx for sharing with us your warmth and experience
Yooo luke's a Christian. That's really inspirational to hear from a fellow believer.
I sensed something different from you on how you love and treat your family.
How you handle and react to tough situations all by yourself in extreme conditions is nothing short of extraordinary.
Me and my wife today got lost on the trails today and i was absoloutely losing it.
I could seriously learn from your example.
you are such a great man and an inspiration. God bless you!
Praise God! This is so sick! You make me stoked! You are a great role model and you speak the truth that saves us! We all need to hear it 😊
Luke character in his content is how every person should strive to be
Love to see that you have your priorities right. We need more families that put God and family first.
Luke is one of the most incredible people I've ever seen. Having never met the man, his drive and perseverance to live each day to the fullest is truly inspiring. It would be an awesome experience to meet the man one day!!
So much respect for Luke. God bless!
Jesus is the way the truth and the light, no works can save you bro only the free grace given through Jesus death on the cross.
correct Amen unfortunetly Lds go by works
8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2
Our family really enjoys this channel. Jesus is Lord!
God has blessed you beyond anyone's understanding. Proof that finding the kingdom of God first will bring you fruits of your labor. I pray Jesus continues to bless you and your family!
I watch a lot of his Outdoor Boys videos only because I love how he gets creative in Busch camping and roughing it out in the middle of nowhere on the mountains. Amazing videos and lots of knowledge.
I also lived in Utah, but not by choice. They are majority LDS, but my faith is also strong too. Just not LDS. I respect their practice up there and I have a lot of good friends that are LDS. They understand me and I understand them. We don’t pressure each other and really enjoy attending each other’s church events. In the end, we all serve God.
Awesome! Love your story - and I suspected you were LDS. 😊.
Love your channels! Keep up the good work!!!
i hope jesus bless Luke with allot of things or blessings
Great to hear your story. Great to know you are a disciple of Jesus Christ. May God bless you and your family.
