my ex-wife applied for Divorce three years ago but after that she filed a property case and the Divorce was stopped. Now court is taking too long to resolve the property issue and the divorce is still stopped plz guide me how to do my divorce. 0:34

The PSW visa is generally not dependent on your marital status. If your PSW visa was granted independently of your spouse’s visa, a divorce won't directly affect your PSW visa status.
