Rich chocolate treat with raspberries! No-bake Raspberry Chocolate Ganache Tart (Vegan)

- Hi there, today we're going to make a beautiful raspberry chocolate ganache tart! Different from common chocolate tart, it's no-bake, plant-based. Made of a cacao crust homemade raspberry chia jam, and decadent chocolate ganache. Every bite is a way closer to chocolate heaven!

Crust
100 g dates, soaked in water for 20 minutes (~ heaping ½ cup)
48 g hazelnuts, toasted (~⅜ cup)
22 g instant oats, (¼ cup)
15 g cacao powder, (~2 heaping Tbsp) *I use this: amzn.to/4atT99Y
1/8 tsp salt
Raspberry Chia Jam Filling
130 g raspberries, frozen or fresh (1 cup)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Ganache
112 g dark chocolate, 70% cacao content (4 oz)
125 g full-fat coconut milk, (~½ cup)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
salt

請問,做巧克力甘納許的椰奶可以換成無糖豆漿嗎
口感會非常不一樣喔~
@@barrelleaf 謝謝~我後來想想,應該只有用椰奶才會有類似鮮奶油做甘納許的稠稠絲滑口感,豆漿沒有油脂!
