@@YayasCatering thank you yaya, what recommendations do you have for doing a whole turkey like how long and what temperature should i do? I have 25 lb turkey for this that ill be feeding 8 adults and 5 kids with so im feeling the pressure 😅😷

I think with a whole Turkey it's a hour per pound however don't qoute me on that (Double Check) 🤗 I always cook my Whole Turkey is a slow roaster and I cook it LOW AND SLOW until the meat just starts falling off the bone! 🥰 The key to a moist Turkey is BUTTER! Just relax and have fun...cooking isn't supposed to be stressful! Don't overthink it! 💜

recipe looks great but the reason your butter wasn't sticking was because your turkey wasn't dried there's no other reason why it would do that besides your turkey being wet if it wasn't wet it would have allowed your to spread your butter like a piece of bread if you didn't use a half roll of paper towels you probably didn't fully dry your turkey

    • @YayasCatering

275° for 4 hours. And if you want you skin crispier put back in for an additional 20-30mins. Yes...cook uncovered BUT REMEMBER everyone's oven cooks differently so definitely have a meat thermometer handy to check that internal temp! 👩🏾‍🍳💜😘
