    Banks needs to walk the talk. Just last year this bank approached us and gave us term sheet for their possible Export Trafe Finance products. We norrowed down to one and they drew a term sheet that we negotiated and agreed on terms. They drew Offer Letter which we accepted and signed. They amended iit thrice and by the third time, they went quiet. We we left wondering why would a bank issue Offer Letters three times if they are not ready to mark the facility.
