I have the Radar 5k which did not come with a spare elastic or tool. My elastic broke on my first weekend of use. I have contacted head support who passed me over to head Australia and I have sent multiple emails to no support what so ever. This was not a cheap helmet and to be unable to use it for the last month due to the lack of access to spare parts is not good enough. Please contact me to help me get my expensive helmet back in service.
