He played Baseball in High School and was really good
It's called a windup. What it does is it generates and builds up power from the foot to hand and works kind of like a whip and puts all of the energy into the ball. Look it up to find out more because it is quite complex and takes years to master.

WWE wrestlers don't have an offseason. If you think baseball season is long, they pretty much have to travel to a new city every night to wrestle, shit isn't easy.
@MySuperAsian I mean he went from basketball to baseball for a short stint. So my comparison was that Miz could go to wrestling, then to baseball, and have everyone wanting to pick him up much like MJ did.
