What you have to do is observe your breath. Not forcefully but naturally effortlessly. While you observe the breath your mind will run behind so many things. It may run in to past memeries, it may run in to the future. But it doesn' t want live at the present moment. It is the nature of human mind. Accept the reality as it is. Yes at this moment my mind is wondering. It does't stay at one place. So start again and observe your breath. Natural breath normal breath. It comes in and goes out. Witness it. Like you are standing on a high way. So many vehiclas are moving. What you do is you are witnessing it. The same thing you have to do with your breath. Just you witness it do nothing. Mindfully observe it. When your mind runs away from the breath go behind the mind. Then it can't run away. Observing your own breath is the first excercise to calm down the mind. It is like a monkey. Breath is related to the mind. The best time to do meditation is at 4 am to 6 am. At night 9 pm. When you observe the breath for 2,3 days you can feel elctromagnatic activites in your body. You may feel tringling sensation throbling or anything on your upper lips. Observe it. But always be alert. Mind is a wild monkey. After doing this meditation write me how you feel. Second meditation technique is sit in the same way do nothing see what is going on your mind. Go behind it. Catch each and every thoughts. When you practice this one day you can see there is no thoughs . Mind becoms still. Then observe the breath. 3rd is Tratak sit in the same way. Light a candle. Keep open your eyes and look at the upper part of flame of the candle without blinking. How long you can look at the candle without blinking? When tears come stop it for a while and start again after some times. 4th is chant your God's name with fully awarness and devotion As much as you can. When the devotion is real then you will see so many miracles around you in day to day life. But to me 1st meditation technique gave lots of benifits. Choice is yours.
2 days ago I bought 2 apples for the first time in years. I kept thinking about why, how good they were (honey crisp) and expensive-like over a dollar each! Almost 2.00! Then I realized I was parked by Apple headquarters in Silicon Valley and I was listening to videos on my Apple IPhone. Then I started looking at Apple laptops with M-1 chip because I live in my car and I was leaning out the passenger side door to dump a pee bottle and my zen book slid out on the ground in the rain in a pee puddle and stopped working. But anyway the point is how everything is connected. Yes I’m a cup half-full type person. 🤔 I love you so much ❤️🔥✊🏻 I think this means I my subconscious is wanting a new laptop Apple. M-1 rocks. I live the subconscious everything-is-one life. Even in eating and peeing, apparently. Enough connective anecdotes, 😂 I wanted to add that there are levels above all these too. For example, you feel the past ancestors distilled in your emotions from DNA and such. So we are connected more than you think to more than most think. Like to planets and black holes and stuff even. FINALLY. I have reached a magnificent level of superconsciousness and met with nature, birds, dogs even the fearful bugs came. I recieved feathers, white and green. My dreams where real, in that the spiritual world became physical. I tried to understand but nothing, nowhere, no one explained what, why I had connected. So I stopped. I have just regained my confidence to return. I will pray on this first.

I would like you to describe the super conscious mind ans how we can access it more. For example how does prayer or meditation acess this? So people who see apparitions see it through their super conscience minds?
