Liz IK sucks but it can catch multi hit moves (Killrush for example) if your opponent doesn't have meter/OMB to cancel. So like all IKs in P4U2, it'll only punish big mistakes. Shab's IK can't even punish something like Rise's DP because your bull will most likely be there, allowing them to super cancel because the DP hits the bull.
