I have long been interested in map-making ever since I saw my first National Geographic 🗺special as a child and especially in my later life after reading the story of the clockmaker 🕰 Harrison in the book Longitude. 🌍 There are so few resources describing mapmaking 🌏 available for the general public. I wonder how much of this process remains the same today? I think that satellites 🛰 and computers 📡 must have transformed the field dramatically! 🗺 🗾🌍🌐🌏🌎
