I know how both of you can travel with one E-bike. Buy a bicycle trailer that is listed as for disabled adults. To bring them along on a bike ride. For some reason they don’t list it also as just an adult trailer, which it is. Its like the kid trailer but bigger. Since you’re not parking in handicapped areas its just an adult coach seat.

@@sameshipdifferentday2024 apart from the sound on a couple, I had to give up cause I couldn’t hear them very well, they were fine (who am I to complain) but you can tell you have become more confident and definitely funnier ! I’m totally hooked on watching yours and a couple of others adventures (lives) on boats. We have some friends that own a narrowboat and they pootle off every weekend just a few miles from where they live in the Midlands. We went with them a few weekends ago, now I’m hooked watching YT and people like yourselves. It’s so relaxing and entertaining.

Sorry about the collision. It seems from the many narrow boat channels we watch, hire boats are a menace as they hardly have any sense of what needs to be done while cruising the canals. That and they're usually inebriated.

I grew up in Rugby and still visit family there. Always love walking the towpaths and calling into the Barley Mow pub before walking the Newbold Tunnel. The last time I rode a bike I was walking like John Wayne for a week 😂. Great video 👍🏻

When I saw the headline of head on collision I was expecting an impact like something out of Fast & Furious not Sloth speed but it was still good viewing!!

Hi there. Never used an e bike but would imagine that anticipisation is the answer. Get your level set before you hit the goo. Hopefully should stop the wheel spin. Best wishes.

I was looking at the same bike for getting back to the car and moving it up to the boat as you do. I like the looks the towpath tyres and the power, however, I wasn't sure of the legalities though as I believe the 500watt motor and ability to move without pedal assistance puts it in the realms of a motorcycle with registration ,tax, licence and insurance. I know the Police have seized them. Just wondered what your views were? Good videos will probably see on the cut sometime.
I know the new version is unlockable which is one thing but also the govenment are looking at the 500watt motor thing atm so hopefully itt will change in the meantime. I will probable just use it as a normal bike!

Yeah think they just didn't see us! Sometimes it takes a while for the hire boats to get used to controlling the narrowboats but no damage done so all ok!
Will Sonya be an ldle woman while you are doing your national service 😂lt’s a pity the other boat needed so much room and sent you blackberrying .That bike looks great,just need some paniers.

I've been thinking of buying a Wilderness Trailboat but after seeing that I'm having second thoughts
Must admit it used to worry us on the Thames, sometimes there would be little cruisers in the locks with you and the boats were getting thrown about and with two steel boats you don't mind the odd bump but knew you could do some real damage to a cruiser. Never really heeard any stories abut that happening though
Just watched a vlog of a guy going down the road and his e bike battery went up in flames on damn near killed him . and the charging on a boat I would not have it to many possibility's of catastrophic happenings.

Hi i don't wish to appear critical of your boating knowledge so please don't take this the wrong way i lived for a long time (20years or so ) on the canals and would like to give you a bit of advice about your dog please do not let it put it's head between the hull and the bank because if those two came together it would not be good for the dog or anyone in that space it's very dangerous if the boat is moved in say by another boat going past or even movement in the boat it can move
