People look at you crazy when you say you want to be a musician. They think you want to be the next michael jackson or justin beiber, they say yeah good luck with that. But if you really practice and really try you can support yourself with your music…. Without reaching “superstar” level….. that being said the dawg is a superstar
What a wonderful concert! I appreciate the beautiful music, quality of the tone, dynamics and energy of the band. Also the educative talks by David Grisman. The concert made the lockdown more bearable for me. Thanks for sharing it!
Seen the quintet over the years. George Cole is a great addition. I really liked Rick Montgomery's playing on the Dawgwood Album. Anybody know what happened to him?
Darol Anger was my favorite of all time! Honey dripping from a fragrant flower. I worked at Paul’s Saloon back in the day…Exquisite! David, of course, the master leader , composition perfection at its finest. Tone perfect. Tickling creator! YummEdible delight

The flute is the string. The mandolin is the string flute

Dig it...
i really enjoyed the "Dawg" music, but also liked the Bluegrass, especially Doc Watson Blues and Pigeon Roost.
Nobody's going to talk about the dance moves of the flute guy?
Matty's a Sprite!
He dances like Elaine on "Seinfeld".
And how!!
Sick
Sorry, I am unsure!
Tremendous group! whoever is at the board loves drums, doesn't know how to mix.likely a 20 something metal head.
Usually you can't hear the drums on these board mixes...this is a pleasant change...but I'm not biased even though I was the drummer...ha!
Very unlikely
Too bad Matt doesn't have fun..............LOL
Bummer! That's Griismon?
