They established their own label 1Z.. They are now self managed
They were mistreated by their by previous label and contract expired already.
Show BT still owns the name until 2031 so an amicable settlement is needed for them to use the name SB19

I know I'm too late for this hahah. But the reason i think why they left to their previous company is because they dont have creative freedom there. Just a background story, the relationship between sb19 and the previous owner of SHOWBT is quite good even unti now but during pandemic, tatang robin or the previous owner, need to go back in korea so he sell the company to charles kim which is the current owner. During pandemic, SB19 has nothing to do and the company didnt provide any materials for them to keep their momentum, not until pablo wrote a song called IKAKO which they didicated to all frontliners, the songs was amazing that it touched a lot of people. But during this time, when they officially released the song, it was not credited to Pablo but to the company which angered a lot of fans. They called out the company and make it trends in twitter until the company gave the songwriting credits to pablo. In one of the interviews also, sb19 revealed that they are using theie money in producing MV's and other materials. During this time, stell doing most of the choreography in their songs while pablo wrote and co-produced their songs. Justin also do the conceptualization of their MV, so you see, the company didnt put any effort when it comes to them. They just benefitted from the success of the group. That's why when their contract expired, they didnt renew it. When SB19 released their WHERE YOU AT song, showbt was not included in the credit so most of the fans thought that they already left the company. And when they announced their new EP Last year which is the pagtatag, they also announced their departure from showbt and introduced 1Z entertainment, the company that they built themselves. Pablos is the CEO and the 4 of them as the co-owner, Justin's older brother, Yani, is their Operation's Manager.
Regarding on the trademark issue, I think they already owned their name this year, the only thing they are trying to get now is the right to produced merch or printing materials with their name on it without showbt sharing the profit, i think the case is still on-going right now and i guess they have fat chance to get it since it is not yet registered by showbt, it was filed only and still on review by trademark office.
Anyway, It's really overwhelming what they have achieved so far knowing what they have been experiencing for the past years. Really hoping that they have alot more blessing's ahead. They're good people and very inspirational, and they deserved all good things in life 😊

Their contract was already expired and they did not renew it they just waited for Ken's contract to expire because Ken was the last person who joined the group.
