    Considering :MA4
    In first case for each confirmation(lp in axial, lp in equatorial) there are 4 lp-bp repulsion.
    *For first one (lp in axial)
    lp-bp = 3(90°), 1 (180°)
    *For 2nd one (lp in equatorial)
    lp-bp= 2(90°), 2(120°).

    In hybridization all orbital are mixed right but how can you say that these particular orbitals ( s, px, py ) are in equatorial and (pz , dz2 ) are axial?? Please reply me 🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Wrong information! Who says sp3d2 hybridisation has different hybrid orbitals! All of them are equivalent (sp3d2) having equal bond angle of 90deg!
