Pumpkin seed oil on its own is maybe not enough, I'm taking a supplement thats combined pumpkin seed oil, saw palmetto and zinc, I'm also using an essential oils topical treament and a derma roller :)
I'm doing the same without a derma roller (I brush my hair hard for a minute after putting the oils to maximize circulation) and 1 capsule of 1350mg pumpkin seed oil plus 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, seeing impressive results.. I was told my only solution was a hair implant.. I basically use 2 potent anti-DHT orally I'm using aussie coconut oil shampoo, which is also anti-dht... now it is time for you to try dermapen and rosemary oil.
Pumpkin seed oil on its own is maybe not enough, I'm taking a supplement thats combined pumpkin seed oil, saw palmetto and zinc, I'm also using an essential oils topical treament and a derma roller :)
“Octa Sabal Plus" is the main ingredient that is missing with his pumpkin seed oil. Pumpkin seed oil alone is too good to be true.

I basically use 2 potent anti-DHT orally
I'm using aussie coconut oil shampoo, which is also anti-dht... I also use Amla, garlic, castor, aloe vera oil on scalp for 1 hour every other business day and it helps a ton to maximize results and faster re-growth.. Feeling much happier after going through years without hair at age 19
PS.: I use ketoconazole once a week on Sunday too and use minoxidil every other day, but I plan to substitute it for peppermint oil as it causes me so much itching on the scalp.. So that's my hair growth schedule.
Any updates?
Guys it wont work if we just take some random natural ingredients for block dht and never stick on one dht blocking cause it not finistride were those 1mg work literally for block dht but for natural ingredients most of them mixed wif multiple others mineral so that why most of natural dht blocker contain multiple different natural ingredients rather than one

Pumpkin seed oil and the unsaturated fatty acids actually do help with dht blocking just not in the same way as finisteride, along with inflammation that causes your body to send signals to calcify those areas so no it’s not as powerful as medication for hair loss but from research I’ve looked at, the benefits from taking pumpkin seed oil show a slow and lower level of dht, you can clearly see improvement in his pictures so I’m confused on how he’s saying there’s no effect, not a huge difference but easy to tell it helped him. It’s not a cure all and gonna get your 15 year old hairline back but you definitely don’t look as thin as you did in the beginning
did you mean that PSO causes calcification or finisteride?
@@mindfulmomentswithColm neither, it’s the signals in the body that cause the scalp to calcify in areas, pumpkin seed oil helps that not happen, and if you really wanna go all out use apple cider vinegar mixed with water like every 2 days on your scalp, clears up dandruff and any other type of fungal infection of the scalp, has to be apple cider vinegar with the mother though
To avoid side effects buy pumkin seeds & extract oil from it. Take 400-500 mg daily. I'm doing the same. I pressed 3kg seeds at once because oil extractor man refused to extract oil from few seeds. There is no any side effects.

Creatine level 1,36 is too much. Maximum level in healthy people between 0,8 - 1,2. What about your BUN(Blood Urea Nitrogen) value? Do you drink enough water every day? Do you have healthy diet?
Yeh my creatinine is always elevated because it circulates in the bloodstream after lifting weights and I never bother to take days off before a blood test.
