No, for real. Just like some roles are immune to Dreamwoven some of them should also be immune to this.
Don't know if you heard, but Jailor doesn't join the socialite's parties, so evils can just attack the people who don't talk. The other consequence that you're probably feeling is the power creep of town, which feels really heavy (especially if evils can't coordinate). I suggested on another video that socialite should only bring like 4 other people, but I was thinking and I think that socialite would be better if you could still whisper at night (or if you can't see other people's names).

idk why but you getting sheriff reminded me in TOS1 where I had a lot of fun being mafia and convincing my mafia buddies that we all claim sheriff. Usually at least 1 or 2 other evils would fake claim sheriff or there would be a real sheriff would mean just a spam of like 6 sheriff wills lol.
Socialite currently gives me OG TOS Spy where they could read Mafia chat at night. Have already had socialite get out 2 coven who just weren't expecting a party and were already planning to kill when night started. Definitely will have some unintended consequences long term

Socialite could be a day role, they pick someone during the day and that night that person joins the night chat. Like the invite people to the social gathering that night but it is progressive thing. Coven could also be able to switch chats/have different tabs for each chat if they are invited to the gathering.

I think balancing socialite by giving them like up to 5 people to invite to a part would make it less powerful than it currently is.

Hi Shadow, except for the pirate and maybe the vet, do you have any other roles that you hate and would change? I personally don't think it's fair, that the only reason deputy gets one shot is because he can't get haunted by jester, unlike the prosecutor. I feel like pros is still just a straight upgrade to deputy with 2 guaranteed kills.
I don't "hate" vet as a role, I just don't like playing it lol. But no, other than pirate I don't really hate any roles.
I think pros didn't really need the buff honestly. Sure, it sucks to only get one kill and get ritted, but I feel like it's a balance to being able to just decide someone doesn't get to play anymore.

Socialite is an utter, and total hard counter to both VM and Poisoner, and lets Admirer make even worse plays with zero downside.
With socialite, admirer can literally just propose at random, and if evil accept they can start screaming that player is evil that night, instead of two days later. Socialite would be ok in forum mafia, where game phases last (usually) a couple of IRL days at the minimum, but not in a game like ToS.
Yea it needs to be nerfed and marshall should just be removed until they can think of something better for it.
