I thought Sister Michael was proud of them for not listening to her and standing for what they believed in (as far as distributing the paper). She likes that they rebel and think for themselves
The ending here is beautifully done The innocence of youth contrasting the seriousness of adulthood and the reaction to the real bombing that took place. How they and indeed everyone had to live with this daily as they try to go about their lives and having as much normality as possible
I know I'm a bit behind here (love the reactions by the way), but in the original Channel 4 broadcast, the final scene had Orla dancing to Madonna's 'Like a Prayer', and it was so much more effective than the one Netflix used - it was called 'Pray' by Take That, but it just didn't have the same vibes.
I think Sister Michael personally agreed with the story, but given her position, and the stance of the Catholic church, she had to officially oppose it. So she's happy that it got out, but she can say she forbade it.
@ryannrodkey5669 it's fun rewatching the scene where the girls were all gobsmacked by Father Peters' looks. You immediately notice how/realise why Claire looked so uninterested lmao.
1) I think Kieran gives off stalker vibes when he recognises Sarah and is immediately obsessed with her 2) I’ve definitely always gotten queer vibes from Sister Michael
I love that everybody who watches this show loves Clare’s “look at the state of you” line 😂
One of my favorite lines- I think the delivery is what really sold it 🤣🩶

She also just hates Jenny lol
I love that! I think this is the first time I’ve seen that she’s been happy that they went against her so I wasn’t sure! 🩶
Telling Jenny-“you need to learn when to push back”

thank you for watching!! aaahhh very interesting! 🩶
I know it's an awful thing to say irl, but "go back in" cracks me every time 😅😂
That was a wild statement but so hilarious 🤣🤣🩶
The ways of Sister Michael are mysterious. She is mercurial.
Erin’s panicked lightbulb moment of hope when she realised that she could steal somebody’s work to dig herself out of the hole was kind of hilarious.
Yes! The realization that she had a goldmine in front of her 🤣

Ahhh that makes total sense! 🩶
The English version they used Like a Prayer for the song and it worked better ;)
The end of this episode is "the derry girls" Sadness and Hope
Just a wee lil docket.
About so big
Sister Michael sets off my gay-dar too. As much of a gay dar as a middle aged guy can have anyways.
Yes! I wasn’t sure but I was getting vibes 🤣
Season 3 is the best.
Series
Can’t wait to get there! 🩶
Look out for the lapel pins in the next episode, season 2 episode 1.
I loved them! 🩶
I like Orla's character, she is a bit weird. She reminded of my childhood friend, I wonder if she is still the same
Orla is my favorite!
How lovely!! Orla is great! I love spotting her in the back doing something odd 🤣🩶
The person (well, Claire) submitted anonymously, so it seems like they had the option to publish it the same way.
True! I thought they were being submitted for a contest, not necessarily to be published which is why I was stressed 🤣
@@ryannrodkey5669 Yeah, I can see that. It's interesting to rewatch knowing who wrote it too.

There's an answer to the age old what do lesbians eat question but I don’t think it’s RUclips appropriate 🐈
Omg 🤣🩶
Yeah Erin is kind of a hypocrite

Well, he plays creepy very well. He was the gross antagonist “love interest” that Daphne is disgusted by in season 1 of Bridgerton too.
@@j.s.viewer3923 Never realized this.
@@HuntingViolets I’ll be forever haunted by his smile, so unfortunately I noticed straight away 😅
Omg I had no idea he played that creepy guy! You’re so right- he did give weird vibes 🤣
@@ryannrodkey5669 he is too good at his job! Haha
🇮🇪🤘
