Model Manager Explains: The Money Models Have to Pay, Talent Commission vs Agency Fee| BOOK IT!

Are your agents stealing from you? It can get tricky to explain by what you need to understand is the difference between Talent Commission and Agency Fee. I'll cover that in this video. Models have to pay money to their agents to get booked on work and clients and brands have to pay agencies to have access to use their models and talent. It's quite simple when you look at it. But let's also do some examples and explain where all the money goes when you book a job.
