1-A is not better than 1-B There are no specific rankings per student and its just randomized. If you look back at the ep where Avatar receives his acceptance video, Tetsutetsu is among the top participants. Some quirks are also fleshed out more in the current manga and it seems that there is one that is kinda retconned. Most of the quirks described here are speculative since I think the video was made before the arc they showed 1B's quirks
I'm just gonna tell you, this video is pretty outdated, because it gets some things wrong and guesses things that have been revealed already. Scale dude can also fire his scales, mushroom girl can essentially grow mushrooms and fungus on nearby places, horse girl can infact fire her horns out, the shadow dude can take control of any completely black objects.
Students in class A are not considered better than those in class B. It's not a hierarchical system. They were just split randomly after the entrance exam.

Hey man don't think just because he apparently doesn't like drawing her hair that he isn't doing good art. The dude puts out a chapter every week except for vacation or holidays and a lot of people think he puts out some of the best art out of all the other current shonen manga. Some of the recent chapters have had godlike art and he been consistently putting out every week for the last couple months or more.
Jeaz I know but i think there was a filler episode in s3 that he needs to watch before the movie, not sure which one it was but I know it was in the second half of the season
Bruh we had 10 sections when I was in Class 10th. Middle school. I was in Section-H. Some of my friends were in Section-J. Doesn't mean Section-A was better than us. We were just put into different random sections. Mostly it was because of what 2nd language we chose to study. So put that notion out of your mind that Class 1A is better than 1B. In the entrance exam Tetsutetsu was ranked overall 3rd but he is in Class 1B. See? There nothing as better. All are equally important. But as our protagonist is in 1A that's why we focus more on 1A.
