For those wondering where I got the beanbag- I found it on craigslist for $40. I'm not sure what brand it is, so I can't recommend anything other than keeping your eyes peeled for a deal.
In this video I show how I teach a horse how to sit on a beanbag in-hand. Calypso my PMU foal, learned the sit in just two sessions. If you try teaching your horse to sit and have any questions, I'd be glad to answer them or help. More 'How To's and training videos coming in the future! Just a reminder that if you're having a specific problem, it's easier for me to help if you send me a video of you working with your horse.

Your videos are fricken awesome! More more more! I'd like to see more "how to" videos! They can be about how to do anything: how to make your horse soft, how to find a saddle that fits, riding techniques, what you feed your horses, etc! These are just some ideas. Thanks!!

Thank you Sam! What a blessing to God's creation you are...to us and the horses! The connection you make with each horse is absolutely beautiful. I just started both horses on the laydown and so far, so good...when I don't lose my cool! ;) Talk about teaching a person ALL of the fruit of the spirit...love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control!!! Thankful for you and your generosity in sharing your amazing skills and beautiful heart with us. May the Lord Jesus bless you abundantly!🙏💝

I've got my horse to back up and sit on hay bales. How do I progress to sitting on the ground, with nothing to back into? Hope that I can get him to sit so I can mount easily if I'm in the middle of no-where with no stumps to use.

I see you both celebrate when she sits, and sometimes you encourage her to celebrate. Did you teach her that? If so how? Or is that her personality?
