4 Evil Druid (But I don't recommend this card, instead go for shellfish)
1 Tanjiro
Accessories and Talisman:

3 Bloody Knight (Again I don't recommend this card, instead get a Penomena)

Agree or not... It's bad only if they change 3% to 8 ~ 10%, and the cool down should not be 20 sec, should be 15 sec max
And again equip all cards losses a lot of hp

To be frank, it is worth it if the effect permanently activate. 10s is way to short and it only affect normal monsters.
