@SandyAndKaran Yes . I saw your W Goa and JW Mariott both videos. Thats why its very surprising to hear this incident. Recently heard lot of negative reviews about Mariott Goa branches, may be management needs to act before its late.
True. I hope the management looks onto training their people and making them realize that they are in the 'Human Experience' industry. Going to share this on LinkedIn as well and will the important stakeholders at Marriott group.

The not so good one was at: Hotel JW Marriott, Vagator.
