Regardless of the outcome of this game, I'm still glad and happy to see Malaysia playing at a big stage. To finally be a part of this HUGE TOURNAMENT means a lot to the fans and supporters. Regardless of the outcome of this game, I'm still glad and happy to see Malaysia playing at a big stage. To finally be a part of this HUGE TOURNAMENT means a lot to the fans and supporters.
As for the game tonight, Malaysia can finally test their strengths and skills against quality opponents. This is a big step towards improvement and development.
Hopefully in the not too distant future, we can have our boys playing in European/Arabian countries. Only then, we are ready for the world stage (FIFA WORLD CUP).

Never forget how much we have fought to be there today. Non of the player has played at this big stage, it showed, 1st half everyone is so nervous. I hope next match, they play to their normal rhythm and just enjoy the game.

I am from singapore and i always follow the SEA football especially the SEA Games and AFF Suzuki Cup. I can see team like Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia has improve alot. But when it comes to the big stage with the big boys , i think they still have alot more to do.

As a Jordanian I'd like to say don't be harsh to your national team Malaysia (or other sea countries to Malaysia), Jordan recently has been very turbulent, we have a new couch that has been trying different things... so we either win with great score or lose with great score or lose matches we're not suppose to lose them.
Considering that Malaysians had stage fright in these opening games, they did well and I am sure, they can recover from losses in their upcoming matches...
