- In today's video we talk about Napelton Auto Group being sued AGAIN for deceptive practices and fraud against a customer.
This auto group and dealers in Illinois are horrible.

The sales guy was at least trying to be honest
I went through something like this but with gap insurance. Turns out it was never there despite me paying for it. After weeks of fighting about it they finally relented and just cut me a check.
Gee, all that counts are the monthly, quarterly bonuses, screw the customer. Getting caught is just part of the program.
When you look at the massive showrooms guess who paying for that!
Always remember Vegas was not built by the winners.😎🚓
🤣 just bought my wife a Durango hellcat from them I ended up having a great experience there personally but maybe cause the sales guy ended up being my childhood friends son
Good morning @Tk's Garage coming in this morning and supporting 🙏😇
This dealership rip off a customer
Once a con always a con these dealers just don’t know when to quit. It’s called not inflation but greedflation
TK
let's hear about some good dealers..... if there are any left 😅
That $6300-6500 dollars goes to the customer 🤔
I like your videos. As one says, "you are keeping it real!"
I have purchased two vehicles from Napelton, both times they tried to force me to purchase the Napelton experience! Basically a giant rip off. I have not gone back for service and will not purchase anything from Napelton at any point in the future!
That employee should sue that dealership. They were doing the right thing.
In my town we have napleton, audi, porsche, MB, Jag. More reasons to not buy another car from them, yes in IL.
I think the problem is with the manufacturer with this having a problem with specific Dealerships at this point but in no way am i an expert. This will sound odd but as prices start to plunge (to show the true value of an actual vehicle meaning *ANY* vehicle) at some point all an OEM manufacturer has is their reputation (most famously Ford took out a massive loan just prior to the 2008 financial collapse which staved off bankruptcy for Ford but not GM or Chrysler.) Given what has happened since 2008 with truly stunning innovation in the global auto market "mistakes were made" and continue to be made by every and all...but as prices start to *FALL* (meaning every new vehicle bought seems twice as bad at double the price as opposed to the Model Year 2025 en route imminently) this makes fixing these problems the difference between being a going a concern and no longer being that. Since there is a literal World War 3 going on right now and only getting larger no Industry Player wants to lose out on a possible Government contract for that which can indeed happen with ahem *"shady dealership practices"* ahem. Long story short creditors will start pulling the plug on all of this if the manufacturer can't find the right form of resolution to these matters.
Ok wo
I'm from cook county Illinois and everyone here knows not to buy at a Napleton dealership. They have always done the old bait and switch on everyone and think it's ok.
