As an anime watcher. It’s refreshing to watch a slice of life/drama genre every now and then and not just your typical seinen and shounen battle genres.
Everybody needs a break from all ki blasts and power scales, every now and then. It's always good to have a variety.
Then you should get ready for horimiya as well.
I like those kinds of anime, but it is said that "variety is the spice of life. It is nice to see these kinds of anime from time to time just to relax. I actually have certain shows both in anime and outside of it that I watch when I want to get away from those shows for a while and just enjoy watching something relaxing. I think I can add this anime to that list.
Jokes on you Tsukasa can pull off Shonen Battle moves too

Lets look at what nasa kun did that takes other anime protagonists that takes them their whole show but nasa-kun did in 8 episodes.

Got her to sleep with her.
Broke down a tsundare in minutes.
Convinced that same tsundare to start liking him.
And now he was able to make his parents nervous about meeting his wife?

To be fair, their relationship did happen rather quickly. Most relationships tend to take time to develop and grow to this point.

I'm getting sick and tired of these overhyped animes appearing in my recommended. This happened with that rental girlfriend anime and demon Slayer (at least the first six episodes)

I feel this is how any parent would react if they found out there child got married to someone they didn't know.
I feel like most parents would be angry and call both of the irresponsible and stupid instead of stammering and hoping the spouse likes them.

In this case though, the stammering and hoping the spouse likes them makes a lot of sense, as the spouse is the one who saved their kid's life when he got hit by a truck. So, perhaps maybe the statement should instead be, "This is how any parent would react if they found out their child got married to someone they don't know, and all they know about that someone is something good that person did for their kid."

nasa kun's mom is voiced by masumi asano, the wife of the creator of tonikawa, who also voiced risa harada in d.n.angel....
She's also the wife of Hata-sensei (ie Kenjiro Hata) who did the character designs for this series.
I'm getting some real "We didn't actually think she was real" vibes for some damn reason, and if so that's both sad and hilarious (haven't seen it yet so no spoilers please)
One of the few anime’s that acknowledges and showcases parents.
I absolutely love how adorable, cute and pretty funny all the characters are in this anime.

Ah, this is great, but I was hoping for a clip of the scene where Nasa's dad thanks Tsukasa for saving Nasa's life. That was a really heartwarming and surprisingly hard-hitting scene.

It's hilarious seeing the roles reversed with the parents causing misunderstandings instead of the mc and *insert harem option here* it's definitely a breath of fresh air to see a relationship with a mc that isn't incredibly forced by judgmental parents
