This yacht is heavily chartered so there is definitely some wear and tear. But overall it’s a great yacht! The new owner could refit and bring it back into private use or keep chartering.. lots of options!

You did miss the fact that the bow sun pad opens up on hinges for storage would have been nice to see how big the storage under the sun pad is.

It's not Wednesday! Well technically it is now as I write this. Love Lazarra's. They build them near where I live in Tampa. This is a well known party boat with a reputation for anything goes. Sad to see that it is sold. Hopefully the new owner decides to keep it in the charter fleet.

You are behind on some videos! The OA 85 tour was posted in June! It was one of my favorites.
Another nice boat! I always wonder how boats straddling yacht and super yacht designations are crewed. So this one only has 3 crew on charter. I think one needs a captain, deckhand, stew and chef. What do they not staff? Thanks Tony
I think you have some flexibility on this one. The forward cabins could be used as additional crew quarters if you wanted to. So if you are using the yacht privately or on longer charters you could opt for less guests and more crew. For a single day charter, three crew is probably the right amount.
There's no rule that says you can't start at the engine compartment after showing the swim platform.I was actually wondering why you weren't,and then you did.The crew area looked good sized,and the engine room looked New.The crew must be awesome,as the entire ship looked spotless too.It was a wonderful ship,and your tour went pretty well too.Thank you Tony.
I might change up the tour route once in awhile. Just depends on the day!
You mentioned charter income “$300K/yr for 5 yr” How much per charter? $30K? $60K? What? 🤔🤔🤔 The numbers sound good!
