My only tip for you is while you are coating the candies. Have a pot that has 1" of hot boiling water, and then put the glass bowl filled with the chamoy sauce. So the chamoy sauce is still soft and warm. Double or triple the amount of chamoy with all of the sour candies you will cover. Also double the chile powder (Tajin and Lucas powder). also use a medium bowl with a lid because you definitely want more space to shake all of the ingredients to cover all of the candies or nuts.
