So now that you got a Regigigas you should fuse it with a Ho-oh with Regi as the body. It doesn't look amazing but that thing is one of the strongest BST wise in the whole game.

My guess is that the first four letters of Suicune sound like someone will say su1c1d3,which sounds pretty dumb to be a demonetization reason
