    Awesome setup sir. What type of hinge did you have on the end of your beam ! Your channel has great content. I subscribed quite a long time ago.

      Thanks for the sub!, the hinge is a large barn door hinge i had kicking around, the ones that are rectangle on one side and a long triangle on the other

    I just got into trapping and love the portability. Couple questions. Whats the thickness of the plywood and type? Is that basic strapping to hold the 2x10 riser in place. Is it tight between the strapping on the fleshing beam or some wiggle room? What screws screws secure it in place? thanks

    • @NBWildman
      @NBWildman  3 года назад +1

      it's standard 3/4 plywood on the base, i used a piece of 1.5 x 1.5 square for the blocks to hold the riser and i kept it as snug as possible, i used green deck screws to hold everything in place. hope this helps

    Do you do anything to treat the wood? Like oil? Or do you leave it raw?

    • @NBWildman
      @NBWildman  3 года назад +1

      I leave it raw, the oil and fat from the animals treats it very quickly and better than any commercial product
