How did you decide an LLC is the best legal structure for your business? Just asking because I am an accountant & business consultant for over 12 years now I also work for a non profit that helps women start businesses. I have seen some nightmare stories about LLC for liability and tax situations. Please consult an accountant/attorney about your choice. LLC are not the best structure for every business model and in some cases will have you paying dearly in taxes. Depending on what your business model is and your future goals, I would have you consider starting as a sole proprietor or an S-Corp. Got across with so many qualified Amazin people *BS, MS or more.. thinking they need another AA with certification because they BS is not enough to get that *dream job... I had help so many people to direct them to right direction on how to build around of what they already had done. *Is it not going back to the uni. But that get's me in trouble sometimes lol because I help them genuinely instead of pushing are program you know... There is big community that needs guidance, not so sure how to project that... but new subscriber over here ready to get my hands in that side hustle. I need a name... don't have that yet... them once am ready with my series of video and a full concept (thinking another 11 days) I will move forward to request your service... One of my friends suggested I make an E book. I have a very good hobby I do and it saves my family and others lots of money. So thanks I am definitely in the right direction now
would have been nice and more useful if you "actually" showed us how to do it, rather than just talking aboiut it---we know about the content and canva---idea was to learn how to combine the cover page with the book etc....
Here's a tip for you - dress the way you want to be addressed! Why am I seeing boobs peeking at me when I want to learn about ebooks. Common basic decency is important - it's not all about money. You should cover your chest because you don't know who might be watching. And, because it's the right thing to do.
Girl, I already have 15 small businesses on my list, two are up and running and working on the next 3 now. Ellie got me believing I can do anything!
