There is no definite answer to this question. But here is my take: 1) Jobs- Considering the huge rise in the number of colleges and predicted shortage of faculties, jobs should not be a problem. There are proposed laws to make Phd as mandatory for Prof post 2)On Par- this varies college to college. some colleges give the degree on par some add the word "executive"

No idea about IIM N. I would check how long the PhD program has been in place? How many students have finished PhD successfully.

what about faculty jobs after this program? will it be treated at par with full time PhD?
