It's really interesting to see someone posting Pak mei techniques/concepts in this level of detail and a shame Adam Chan Sifu didn't go on to do the more in depth videos which he was planning to do! Given the exposure the Fatshan lineage is getting following the game Sifu, it would be good to see more Hong Kong and Cheung Bing Fat lineage Pak mei out there to demonstrate the diversity the system has to offer!
Thank you for the lessons and captioning the videos in English. Pak Mei is still widely unknown in the West and these video's help to show what Pak Mei is all about. I hope you continue to do more videos. I have a question: Would you consider making a tutorial on a beginner Pak Mei form?
Thank You for the lesson and captions, hopefully more tutorials about the forms like Tjit Poo Kinda take me some time to translate all of this in Hakka langauge
Would love to see the special training method to achieve "彈" as mentioned by 孝師傅. For "索" one can use exercise power bands (large rubber bands), however does 彈 involves Bamboo tree techniques?
Your title has VI in it, yet you say this is the fifth in the series. VI means 6, so I think it would be a good idea to change the Roman numeral to V if you can.
Great video's, IMHO.

Thank you for a very interesting video, and for emphasising the importance of proper instruction when learning internal shock power.
