@TheRealMeowMeow01 same here !! @InsideAgameR there must be a way to keep track how many more games people buy because of you ! Hope you revisit this one later. I bought it and it is crazy hard but at the same time it pushes me to read on the subject. Really cool game !
@@InsideAgameR no haven't tried it. I would feel like a fish in a sea of sharks tbh. I just got around my first proper hacking and job done. I gained some confidence in my abilities then the next job was even harder hahaha got humbled pretty quick
For new players, multiplayer is a great way to learn, as people in the "general" chat are generally eager to point you in the right direction. There are a fair amount of guides on Steam. I'd recommend "Safely taking your first steps in multiplayer", as it teaches you how to avoid some of the most common pitfalls.
played this game for a while bit advise there are scripts to help hack and all but be careful as some can corrupt saves and such so always be carefull with user created scripts that are hosted on sites like github etc for the game ,ssh is to connect to remote servers and accesss files and such like ftp but ftp is different protocol mainly for file transfer and browsing files on a machine. if you correctly social engenerr in real life people tell a lot of information that they really should not ll about building rapor and trust and tne on what you say and ask
@@InsideAgameR its in depth and can be a bit fustrating at times but when you get into the swing of things its gets easier oh also usually there is a file in the trash bin that has a wifi and password for wifi game dont tell you that but has been few year since last played but you got this look forward to seeing how you progress
It didn't save the file the first time because you where the Home directory not you insideGameR folder. You didn't have permission to write to the Home Folder.
Yeah it doesn't really teach the Unix fundamentals, usually the home folder is read-only and for good reason, the only thing that should be there is a folder for each user that exists
I've noticed a pattern: every time you post a new series, i have a tendency to go to buy it immediately.
Good storytelling, sir. Love it
Haha sorry maybe 😂

Yeah it's decent if your not a streamer lol 😆 everyone would hack the crap out of me
Streamer mode is a feature!
It's an option that anonymizes IP, email and bank addresses.
Dev knows much about linux and networking all commands are irl
Just a shame a have no clue haha
Ctrl C just tells a running program to stop. The permission denied was interesting but you could get around it using sudo before your command.
Ahh ok thanks for the tip I want to try get further with this game

Begging you to start using punctuation so that my autistic ass can read and appreciate your comments.
@@Blend3rman Haha yeah I feel you
Kinda cool they took some of hack the box and others like htb and turned it into a game.
you didnt explain that monitor mode is responible for being able to monitor packets/packages on the game network. I guess anyway, im pretty new.
man, you've gotta learn, when you don't have permission always try putting sudo before commands
copy and paste is ctrl shift c and ctrl shift v on the linux terminal.
You needed to save the bank.txt file in order to decipher it.
Yeah i thought so
Idk if this will work but what u can try is making the file on note pad with the code and then try decipher it
Yeah might work . Worst case I can always log back in as her and re get it
@@InsideAgameR yeah that would definitely work
Amazing game, looks really good.
Wish I knew more about this stuff
is this the one from 2017?
Yeah had recent updates

When your looking for commands just look inside /bin and /usr/bin
