Another great one Danny, keep your music, I know I have said this before but it actually works to have the same 10 songs throughout the years. It's not getting boring but rather it brings your new Epic's an identity or fond memories of another older adventure. Think, the beginning of Top Gun 2...
You guys managed to do the Alta Via 2 (160 km) in four days, that's four marathons plus some climbing... The normal time is triple that amount, just wow!
The only subscription where I’ve disciplined myself to not short change the experience by watching it on the phone. I’ve learned to patiently wait until I can stream an episode on the big screen. Thanks again Danny for another awesome one! That hot dog though; yeah looked nasty
Sunday morning with a coffee and a new MA video is the best way to start my day. Oh, and watching these on a 55" 4k OLED TV is the way to go. Absolutely stunning.
As always, your cinematography is next level. Your editing and camera angles capture the vertical scale to place us in your adventure. Your humor gives context to the challenge. Thanks for taking us along.
“Those passes probably are making us pretty hard, stiffening up our joints, our sinews, our loins. If you do the math, we’re medium, medium hard or medium soft.” “I’ve never handled more cable in my life than I did yesterday.” Next level editing Danny. I know that was for us NewsAF listeners!!😂
i am very happy you were pleased with our tyrolean and north italian food at the huts. a good beef soup with tyrolean dumplings is my go-to on every hike.
You can almost watch you guys getting skinnier from the first video to this one. Your adventures make me want to be in better shape to be able to do stuff like this.
Brilliant! Did the Alta Via 2 about four weeks ago...we had snow...ferocious winds...great company great food and great accommodation...took 12 days...lots of knee pain with those descents...but what a trip!!
"willing to keep moving through the mountains at a vigorous pace to earn more pastries" ❤ That's my style! Everything I do is to earn more pastries 😁 (and yes, sometimes even waking up and getting out of bed counts 😂). Amazing adventure!!
Great video and great adventure! Welcome to Italy btw :) If I may, I would like to HIGHLY recommend running the Sentiero Roma next time you come to the Italian Alps. It goes through Val Crodera and Val Masino: the scenery and the trail itself (and the huts) are amazing and unique. I'm sure you'll find resources online for it. If you don't feel free to reach out. Keep up the good work!
The Italians really know how to make a great-looking hot dog. Joking aside, it's a spectacular video as always. Pristine image quality, good framing, audio, commentary, and editing.
Why wouldn't you ever want to say the words Alta Via 2 again?? It looked absolutely spectacular!! Why wouldn't you want to do a return trip sometime?? And having food stops all along the way is such a HUGE bonus!!
Two things, your both in no way medium fit, your in excellent shape. Second my chest swelled with pride not seeing any Technicolor Yawns. (Puke). Very enjoyable video with beautiful views.
This has to be the best filming I’ve seen of your videos. Just breathtaking scenery and some very scary parts in the rain too! You are both fitness gods now.
amazing guys! the footage, the views, the experience, i felt like I was with you guys, I felt those downhill on my knees as well :D keep the amazing content, your awesome!
Amazing! - congrats, another great adventure! Epic Filmmaking (and running, mountaineering) and hope to see more very soon...maybe from Switzerland again?
Great set of videos. Had some great times there myself, many years ago, but not at your pace! When you get too old to move at that pace just slow down and do what you can…
I watch you guys climb in astonishingly grand locations, but I wonder if you would/have hiked our humble hills. In New Hampshire, the Presidential Traverse is 23 Miles, 10,000 feet of climbing.
Congrats on finishing the Alta via 2! Ya’ll should work on cutting these episodes up into short form content. Your content is sick and needs to be on as many platforms as possible 💯
So epic! Thank you for taking us along. Would love to hear the story on how and who selected ‘Clip’ for your theme song. It’s been my ringtone for the better part of 2 years. Lol Cheers!
During first 2 days higher forces saw this was too easy for you in normal weather, so they decided it's time to raise the level of difficulty 😁😁 Well, we are used to expect mediocrity from you, so nothing surprises us anymore 👏👏👏 Amazing job Danny & Chase 🍻
"how do you hike for so long" - you start with half a mile, then 3/4 mile, then 1 mile, you keep doing it a few times a week and gradually increase the distance.

I love the music, who wrote it? Anyone know.... Sorry to be the ignorant guy in the river
You guys managed to do the Alta Via 2 (160 km) in four days, that's four marathons plus some climbing... The normal time is triple that amount, just wow!
And they are also filming it in parallel 😂
Insert meme....are you new here 😅.... joke joke
"some" climbing???
This is the best TV on RUclips.

A poetic example of no pain no gain fully personified!
"Hut travel is the most luxurious way to travel." Cristof and Matt (?) have been telling you this for years!
My favorite channel.
This whole damn video series has been amazing.
“Those passes probably are making us pretty hard, stiffening up our joints, our sinews, our loins. If you do the math, we’re medium, medium hard or medium soft.”

Wicked Amazing. Knees of steel.
What a crazy adventure. Those Europeans do love their straight down knee busting decents. You guys are absolute machines!
i am very happy you were pleased with our tyrolean and north italian food at the huts. a good beef soup with tyrolean dumplings is my go-to on every hike.
Spectacular vidio guys, and great music! 😎
You can almost watch you guys getting skinnier from the first video to this one. Your adventures make me want to be in better shape to be able to do stuff like this.
I noticed that too! Thought it was just me.

Brilliant! Did the Alta Via 2 about four weeks ago...we had snow...ferocious winds...great company great food and great accommodation...took 12 days...lots of knee pain with those descents...but what a trip!!
Love the spires and the huts!!
5:35 the paths in Europe in the mountain are not as straight as in the US they are bit more jiggly
Outstanding once more. What a treat this channel is for the armchair amateur hiker!
"willing to keep moving through the mountains at a vigorous pace to earn more pastries" ❤ That's my style! Everything I do is to earn more pastries 😁 (and yes, sometimes even waking up and getting out of bed counts 😂). Amazing adventure!!

Danny doesn’t skip leg days.

great job awesome videos good effort. I can now call you the Italian Sidewinders
Sweet adventure so beautiful
You guys are truly insane! Much respect! The body changes over the days are a bit like watching Alone. More pork knuckles needed! 😂
Well done guys. A presto!

Extremely impressive... all of it!!! Thanks for taking us along!!
Congratulations! And not just in what you do.. Also in HOW you do it!!! Keep enjoying! Thank you🙂
The Italians really know how to make a great-looking hot dog.
Joking aside, it's a spectacular video as always. Pristine image quality, good framing, audio, commentary, and editing.
It's more of a Swiss/Italian culture in the Dolemites.
The slide at the end of the video was GREAT! Loved the video! - PNW! xplrnw
Dude, your best video. Your best storytelling. Your best imagery. So amazed and impressed. Well done.
epic video! can't believe those descents
You lucky guys.....I soooooo wanted to do this route this September!! Many thanks for sharing! What an epic experience!! Ciao!!
I'm so intrigued by this octopus-looking hot dog. So many questions.
Love you're "tough gators" 😂😂. What an awesome trip! You guys rock
Why wouldn't you ever want to say the words Alta Via 2 again?? It looked absolutely spectacular!! Why wouldn't you want to do a return trip sometime?? And having food stops all along the way is such a HUGE bonus!!
4 marathons in 4 days with 8-12k feet of gain each day, that's why
after doing that hike everyone in my group was like "am i happy i did it? yes! would i do it again? maybe in 10+ years"
AMAZING!
Fabulous as always. Thanks so much for sharing it.
I can almost feel how punishing that was on your knees. Awesome trail, you guys killed it as always.
Approaching 100K subscribers; great video!
What a sublime adventure. You guys always put up some big numbers wherever you go! What an inspiration…

Bloody amazing, Fantastic effort, guys and great filming and narration, as ever.
Two things, your both in no way medium fit, your in excellent shape. Second my chest swelled with pride not seeing any Technicolor Yawns. (Puke). Very enjoyable video with beautiful views.
Interesting to think about the folks that cut that trail! Fun to watch!!
This has to be the best filming I’ve seen of your videos. Just breathtaking scenery and some very scary parts in the rain too! You are both fitness gods now.
Love it. Incredible footage and editing. Adding this trail to my bucket list!

Amazing! - congrats, another great adventure! Epic Filmmaking (and running, mountaineering) and hope to see more very soon...maybe from Switzerland again?
Great set of videos. Had some great times there myself, many years ago, but not at your pace! When you get too old to move at that pace just slow down and do what you can…
“Oh it’s wet, it’s wet, it’s wet… still worth it!” 🤙
I watch you guys climb in astonishingly grand locations, but I wonder if you would/have hiked our humble hills.
In New Hampshire, the Presidential Traverse is 23 Miles, 10,000 feet of climbing.
I just got done running in Chamonix and was telling my wife that a mile in Chamonix is not equal to a mile back in the PNW. Whole different level.
Cant unsee that hot dog/sausage thing.
Pretty stoked for this one
Love the vids 👏🏻👏🏻 Can you please explain what footwear you guys were using on this trip? Thank you 😊
Congrats on finishing the Alta via 2! Ya’ll should work on cutting these episodes up into short form content. Your content is sick and needs to be on as many platforms as possible 💯
At times I was sitting in front of my computer, cringing over the suffering Danny and Chase endured in this amazing episode.
Nice job boys
Awesome video
So epic! Thank you for taking us along. Would love to hear the story on how and who selected ‘Clip’ for your theme song. It’s been my ringtone for the better part of 2 years. Lol Cheers!
Beautifully filmed and edited as always and huge congrats on a mahoosive run climb 🙌🙌🙌 hope the quads are recovering well
Danny, how about a kit overview? Thanks.
Τι ομορφιά! ❤
Cool, crazy cool
Sunday morning festival 🎉
Awesome.👍
Incredible

Italy looks so pretty also how do you hike for so long I can't walk a mile.
"how do you hike for so long" - you start with half a mile, then 3/4 mile, then 1 mile, you keep doing it a few times a week and gradually increase the distance.
Oh my god it looked like you were walking ON clouds during the rain
80s death metal star gaiters ftw!
nuts - what two nice guys
