Now seeing Thurman's style of fighting work successfully. It shows how Manny beat him with speed. He did not give him the chance to wind back his punches.

That spartan lifestyle makes fighters at least 50% better. For the last few years and probably prior to the Danny Garcia fight, Thurman hasn't had passion for the sport. Now with an additional 2 years of ringrust there is basically no way he's going to be the beast he was in his prime. Thats why they call him once upon a time Thurman.

This fight was a draw or Danny with the W ... Thurman had alot of pull at the time with the "1 time" slogan and Danny had the "cherry picker" with the Lost claims of Peterson Herrera add on to the false claims of Angel being "racist" for using street talk ... No one gave Danny a fair shake for the fight and he never regrouped which later he realized after the Porter fight (which Danny won) that he was just being used for name sake.

Mid 2020. What a year already. Came to watch the highlights. Great fight. Both are warriors. All those folks that counted out Pac Man though because of his age man y'all crazy... R thurman did in the later rounds. Pacquiao completely controlled the early rounds because of his momentum with the knockdown. Big difference here is that danny garcia is flat footed. A big part of how pacquiao won his footwork. Keith thurman had a hard time with that
