I love buying gifts for my friends and family when I go abroad..thought it can be stressful because I really do stress what about what I should give to them 😅

Hi Judy, could you let us know what benefits your friend actually gained from the collagen powder? Thank you

Whenever I go overseas, I buy snacks as presents. It makes my life so much easier and I know that my friends will like it.
Also this video made me miss Japan. I can't wait to go back this year or next year :)

Great haul videos, thanks for uploading! Jet lag is a terrible thing. Each time I think I'll be able to outsmart and beat it. I never do triumph. I find my ankles are in agony when travelling, it's hard to sleep.. I was so fatigued and had gotten so used to sleeping with ultra light bedding in Japan that I found it difficult to lift my own quilt during my first night back home here in England. 😩🛌🕝🕓 PS= I toyed with buying the collagen supplement you bought but then realised that the best value and most effective way to ingest collagen is to stick to my homemade Korean bone broth and supplement powder that is bovine in origin-- animal-based collagen is FAAAAR more bioavailable than marine collagen. Not good news for the vegans but there you have it.
