@@jonathanaleman1475 Superheavy Samurai Scarecrow released in Rise of the Duelist in 2020 and was Forbidden in 2023. We're counting from when the card released, not when it started seeing play. It's amazing how confidently you can declare someone else wrong while being completely incorrect.

Number 95: Galaxy Eyes Dark Matter Dragon was legal for just over four years (March 2015 to April 2019)
Sixth Sense was legal for 82 days (Oct 11 2013 to Jan 1 2014) however it did not go from 3 to 0 because it released at Limited so its only move was ever from 1 to 0 so it technically doesn't meet OP's metric regardless.

Fiensmith is not a dead engine. Lacrima getting banned just makes Necroquip Princess a necessary card in the deck, and plus, they didn't hit High King Caesar

because when they hit tear super hard the community got pissed bc all the cards were expensive and they complained so they hit it lightly
Tear is a whole other story than SE. We are tired of SE but the deck isnt nearly as Bad as tear playing on turn 0.

Snake eyes being used as an engine instead of a deck is absolute copium. As soon as ROTA comes out in one month and we have the Azamina cards, snake eyes will be the best deck again.

I never get why people hate hate the runick part of the deck and not all the floodgates. Has there ever been a point where they ban a floodgate and people aren't happy about it?
I never understood the Yugioh ban philosophy. Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity banned. But, Kali Yuga is fine because meta decks aren't playing it. We shall put skill drain to one so you will get screwed by it less often and simultaneously be less prepared. Its just super weird.

Skill Drain to 1 is a major hit to stun, trap, runicks, se, sude deck option decks. A much needed hit for all those reasons and decks that abused it as mentioned above. These are reasons to have a card from 3 to 1.
About preparation, which can prepare for everything? In what format?

This game is in shambles. I can't understand how anyone can continue to enjoy it. They only produce cards to make players with a lot of money rush out to buy them and then ban them to keep people playing. The problem is, no one is learning yugioh anymore and every time they do this more players get fed up and stop playing. They killed yugioh.
Play casual, much more enjoyable, none of these cards are used in decks i use

Don't understand why ash blossom isn't limited to 1. That card is so toxic. It's a trash card. Maxx c ain't even a problem. Wow you drew 5 cards. But had a ass hand to begin with. 😆. Ash blossom makes playing ranked on master duel not fun sometimes.

Unfortunately it is not readily searchable. Good sarcophagus, dimensional capsule, draw of fate are few of the only cards that can as far as I'm aware. Looking for more search methods.
I think ritual beasts is gonna be wild this next format. Shifter running rampant against weakened meta decks / weak to shifter, plays colossus and Protos

Results, yubel fiendsmith, tenpai and ritual beast are top, snake eyes is slightly under that till rage at which point snake eyes is tier 0 again

Branded Fusion 😢😭
Yeah that sucks hard, I feel like the timing on this is way too late. It would have made sense when the deck was tier 1 but now, with the powercreep, the only problem was the Puppet Lock. Banning Sanctifire would have been the better move. Branded fusion to 1 makes the deck so much harder to play.

Sam. Am I the only one that realized that they took Baronne from Rarity collection 1 and banned it. Then they take Apollosa in Rarity collection 2 and ban it. So with that said whatever the next big card in the next Rarity collection is also getting hit lol.

Pretty average list. No IP/Puppetlock hit and no Electrumite, Supreme King Starving Venom, Heavy Storm back either (Grass before Electrumite is crazy). Meta will stay the same, but once azamina comes around - Snake-eyes will dominate again. So what did this banlist do exactly when that time comes?

As a sacred beast player i pray master duel leaves opening of the spirit gates alone
My opinion Yubel is let people have there enjoyment of the Yama reprints and then ban Yama, unlimit Shavara, ban Caesar, and leave Phantom of Yubel alone. Decks like Swordsoul will enjoy having a monster negate so Nibiru can't easily invalidate their plays. Nibiru needs a errata saying that if used you can't attack during your next battle phase and from there it can just give us a 0/0 token.
Nibiru rarely ever was a OTK tool till decks like Branded and Kashtira existed and it needs to be that way again. It needs to be modernized like Dark Ruler and Evenly Matched. Most people may not care because they'd rather see the world burn than play the game for real but people like me don't.

im confused as a branded player the branded fusion was at a 1 an it still runs well at a 1. even 1 or 2 its still decent.
My next irl deck will be buster blader. Enjoyed that got to diamond tier, reckon I could have gone higher had I done my ranking up earlier. But I enjoyed the heck out of it. But it would set me back $400 for the whole deck. My hand traps all good tho, some cards I already got so save a bit.
This is laughable, copy-paste decks will still reign supreme... not many people use snake eye decks anymore, and no ASH ban!!? At least limited to one, stupid Konami I actually wanna play the game.

Well without Beatrice and Apallousa you play around Nib is to make Caesar your 5th summon or if you want to be more aggressive you can make Caesar and Dies Irae and instead of Apallousa you have Rabbit and Azarune for 2 destructions and a negate. Snake-Eyes can cope with the hits with 3 Oak and 2-3 Origininal. Bonfire, Diabellestar and Wanted are at 3 so you can make up for the consistency hits but If the board is broken and Oak keeps on being negated I don't see a easy way to get into another Princess other than Hiita so maybe next ban list if they don't ban Flamberge they could ban Hiita and then they can't special summon Ash Blossom from the grave. Maybe the idea then would be that it would force people to fuse Snake-Eyes with other decks and relinquish a lot of their consistency and non-engine slots in the process to make it a bit more fair to play against.

I prefer the pure infernoid deck over the snake-eyes version(Just less bricky). Even with Grass back to 1 it's not enough for infernoids. Eva is kinda of tricky, because this conflicts with Drytron Nu II effect. Drytron Nu II is very important because it enables a 1 card combo, which is unheard of for ritual decks.
