It seems to me she just doesn't have the capacity to be supportive, empathetic or deal with adult matters. He was going through withdrawal for a week. That is the real hell. She's the kind of person who will use anything and everything against someone. She'll make herself out to be a victim + savior repeatedly throughout the trial. This is the only thing I've seen so far of her testimony and I'm already so over it.
Plus when someone is detoxing I don’t think they want to have sex all the time that’s false They go through so much pain that le imposible to be active

That’s why for sentencing I sent in a detailed letter instead so I could think take time. The after effects of even writing it took a toll on me so severely that Symptoms worked on for two years came back and I’m back at square pne

He should have gone into a detox center, Amber isnt a trained nurse. Dextoxing at home with an untrained caregiver is a horrible idea. I feel bad for what Johnny went thru and also what Amber went thru.

Detox should really be with professionals and not loved ones, for the person detoxing and the "loved one". Just like psychological care should be provided by a person who is not emotional invested in a relationship with their patient.
i did it. cold turkey. was worst thing ever. unimaginable agony for weeks. that said, i could not have done it with her around me, tormenting me. i always said that the pain couldn’t possibly have been any worse than it was-esp those first three weeks. but i stand corrected. with amber, all is worse. kudos to johhny!
Even though I am interested in this case I can't stand how this woman can sit their and lie make up stuff or even with holding meds for his withdrawals. From experience pains and aches from withdrawal are just the tip of the iceberg. Coldsweats uncomfortable bowel movements and being very irritable for 21 days was hell for me seeing as I was incarcerate due to crimes I have commited in order to afford the drugs I needed to keep me going. That was then and now I am a single sober father of 5 and am loving life now more than ever.

The slap across the face part didn’t fit in with the rest of the story or Johnny thinking someone is hiding in the house? and then the fake crying? It's like she's written herself a script but when she's not getting reaction from jury she wants she veers off it improvising stupid details to add effect but fails miserably.
