Well, honey, you did it again. Great photos, back grounds, and music. I will never not be amazed. Thank you for putting this together. I love you! Stay safe, healthy, and blessed. ❤️😘💞💞🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✌️
Men's clothes don't change much over many years. Women change their hair and dresses all the time. We have a group picture over 50 years old and it's hilarious. Our wedding album( from 1972) was so bad at the time I told my in-laws not to pay for it. You do a fabulous job. Tina, Al's wife
I love the photography of the depression era when the government (WPA project) sent people out to capture time. The photos are archived and worth a look. I love the writings of John Steinbeck because he captures the will to survive. I see that the creative flame still burns brightly in you. Never let it go out.
So well done. Videos like this make me think about how quickly time passes. I love the photo of the dude with the cigarette. He is giving me Adam Driver vibes.
Hello Renee. That was beautiful. The military guy at the end was so funny he definitely had was to many beers. I love them all so much history and diversity in them all. Take care. 🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🫎🫎🫎☕️🫖☕️🫖☕️🫖🫎🫎🫎💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Photographs and memories All the love you gave to me Somehow it just can't be true That's all I've left of you........Jim Croce NO more beer for that last serviceman! 😂😂
Some great snapshots with "People of the Past", well selected ! 👌I like especially the "boxing fight" at 1:19. Your personal package containing people and documents of the past will be on it´s way to Bloomsbury tomorrow, and I just finished my blog on the "History of Schwinn Bicycle Co.", the success story of Ignaz Schwinn and his family. So, here´s the question: did you ever own a Schwinn bicycle ? 🤔 Greets from GER, U.
That sounds like a good read! I did not own a Schwinn. I can’t recall having a well known name-brand bike, my bikes were usually whatever brand had the color/pattern that I liked 😆 I had a family member that did own an older tandem bike. Very interesting to ride that, that’s for sure! Wishing safe travels for the mail across that “big pond”!
I have old pictures from the 20s or 30s of my dad cranking a car to start it He told the story ,one winter day it was very cold out and he slipped while cranking his car and cut his cheek on the crank handle It was bleeding pretty good but his face was so cold he didn't realize he had cut himself until my mom saw him with blood running down his face He had a scar from it but not too noticeable Those days were the good old days I guess Your photos weren't quite that old but still the good old days too 💙🩵❤️💚💜🇨🇦🦩 Stay Happy 💫✨🌟✨
Your selection of photographs is excellent. And again, your choice of music and accompanying modern images makes the photo series a little masterpiece. Thank you so much! Gabriele - Berlin
You do an amazing job of finding just the right backgrounds for each picture - i particularly like the stone wall background for the kids on the wall. The last picture told its own story with no added embellishment! 😊
Very nicely done as always Renee. You definitely have a talent. Hmmm. Seems like you just got a couple of these pics at the market. If so, then I’m even more impressed at how quickly you put things together. 😊
What a find these are! Do the photos give any clue where the people are from? The NJ area, I suppose. Looks like there used to be a Chatterbox Restaurant in Sussex County but it was newer and anyway torn down a few years ago to make way for a Wawa - so say the Interwebs. I wonder what those kids have in the first photo - something given to families by a school during the Depression? I bet you rushed right off to try the lady's hairstyle at 0:28? The folks at 0:38 look blue.- maybe he's being deployed. The smoking kid in the bow tie photo booth photo does not look blue, with his tsunami of hair. Love the two guys in the orchard with their matching shirts. I used to have knee patches like the guy on the left. The serviceman in the last photo - put him on a shirt! Could be your first merch! Thanks & have a great Tuesday!
The kids in the first photo had a Sunbeam Mixmaster box, so I wonder if the bags were filled with flour? Perhaps a school trip to Sunbeam? Or some type of home economics outing to learn about baking. A cute photo regardless! The smoking kid looked like the cool guy of his time, a James Dean of sorts. The Budweiser military man was my favorite & it would look pretty neat on a shirt! I think it’s safe to say that was enjoying his beer!
I'd just like to say, Aaaagghh! You spoke that bug you hate into the universe, and now he's on the wall in my master bath. ☠️😫😂 So weird when that happens.

Beautiful tribute ...
I really enjoy the photo montage videos. I hope you do more of them.
😂The guy with the cigarette looked like a character! Nice photos not your typical posed photos.

@@PaperandMoose Yes, the Bud says it was definitely Miller time in the last photo.
3 sheets to the wind.....the last guy.
There it is.
