I had a friend in the UK send me a box of food goodies few months back and it was only $20 for him to ship here and it was a 40lb box... for me to send him the same package dimensions and weight would be over $100 to ship over there.. USPS rates are insane..

I discovered lately that I'm someone like Jay, and I realized that while I've always known I sleep sort of heavy (was an issue when my kiddo was an infant for sure) it's not the same for movement as it is for noise. It's like somehow my ears literally close when I fall asleep, I can sometimes feel it undo when I physically move myself out of bed. I take good care of my ears so it's not like oh gross they are clogged or something, and my doc doesn't know what to suggest. I'd say if you can find something that would like, drop something on him, or flash lights if those work for him, but both of those will wake me up where noise just doesn't and maybe they have something you can add on to your alarm systems?
Canadian shipping hurts all the time ;-; plus if you order a large amount and its over a certain $ amount they make you pay extra on it with customs and duties smh I'm from the US and man it's been a lot to get used to on that front lol but I'm so happy Nahla got her shipping sorted for Canada!
