This video is made up of clips of my full length video. This video specifically focuses on the installation of LED Can Lights.
Please see my full length video on how I run wires through walls to power a new switch for a fan so the fan and the LED Can Lights will work off different switches.

Great video. Thank you! I learned about when to use 14/2 vs. 12/2 wire that only you covered out of all the recessed lighting videos I've watched.
I started working on my basement
I have 1 central light on a 3way switch
Not knowing how the switches are wired (direct to each other or through the ceiling light). I think it’s through the latter
Can o use 14-3 to connect all of my LED lights?
Or
Should I try to connect the switches to each other with 14-3, then use 14-2 to connect switch and all the LEDs?
*i see red wire(s) connected to the central light
If connecting the switches, can I run the 14-3 through the ceiling to the other switch

That is one of those “hard to say since I am not there to see it in person” situations.
Well, this is useless. You already have the wires running front to back (left to right in the video). I wanted to see what to do if you have to do a run across the joists. Under a flat roof (no attic).
Subbed anyway, the way you broke this up with time stamps and short cut videos let me find out quickly it wasn't what I was looking for. Everything else was good and helpful advice!
In the full length video of the whole project, it does show how you would with a special drill bit.
