It's quite shocking to see Hounslow now, absolute kip. Use to be a really lovely place, a long, long time ago. It's like looking at a foreign country

It's not like a foreign country. It IS a foreign country.

@@AndriyValdensius-wi8gwYou know guys, it doesn't hurt to not be a racist once in a while. Hounslow needs improvement, my biggest pet peeve is the litter, however, hate the action more, not the entire community and culture. Anyway, enjoy your kebab/curry/Chinese or whatever foreign food you're having on the weekend.

The sad part is that in the mists of the past Hounslow had some beautiful buildings. All torn down now. I remember Treaty Road which doesn't exist anymore. They built the Treaty Centre on the land where Treaty Road used to be. In Treaty Road there was a beautiful Victorian municipal library which had a wooden staircase and a type of railed gallery around the top. There was wood panelling as well as two stained glass windows either side of the main entrance with Shakespeare and Walter Scott on them. This municipal library had the atmosphere and look of a country house or a small Oxbridge college
So they demolished it. There were some other lovely buildings there as well but I can't remember them as clearly. All gone of course. 😢

@@AndriyValdensius-wi8gw now they made trash looking 10+ story apartments just to let immigrants take them 🤦‍♂️ as if that looks good when there's an airport not too far away
