Your feelings are very relatable. I turned 41 this year, and it’s hard for me to believe I’m that old. Time really does fly by. Unfortunately I have spent many years of my life battling depression and I know I’ll never get that time back. I’ll take your message to heart. To do more of what brings me joy. Really that should be more of a priority for us all ❤ sending you love from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
So true, because im now 58, and I was in the hospital on my birthday 10-31-1966, but since ive been down because of having congested heart failure, it seems i can't do nothing, because my daughter's don't want me to do nothing but sit down, like I'm so disabled to do anything and I'm trying my best to eat right, not take in to much fluid, or salt, and I found its a lot of my favorite foods i can't eat anymore, like lunch meat, pickles, bacon, because its made with salt, so i thought buy some dill weed, and lemons, and grapefruits and two pinches of salt, squeeze about 10 lemons, and cut up me some dill weed, and two pinches of salt, put it in a container with a lid and shake it up to sit overnight to marinate, and get some greek yougurt squeeze lemons juice, two pinches, and put dill weed in it and let it marinate, and that would be a good dressing for corn taco's, my hair is not growing, ive lost weight, but im still kind of weak from not walking, i need to lift weights to gain muscles, but I can't do nothing because im limited because nobody wants me to do anything UGH! Im so bored until it looks like life is passing me by, plus now my body looks weird, GUUUURL MY CHEST HAS DEFEATED, 👀, but i feel lkke im 30 years old, i like dancing, I like how you live, you have fun, and you do so many different fun things, until i want to be part of your family, yall go to church, i was church burnt and im trying to find a church home without feeling pushed away, and you have a beautiful family, at home and church, even yalls church have nice wholesome fun, you are balanced, your family is balanced through good and not so good times, God has really blessed you and your family and friends to be and example, so thank you Jesus for letting me see real love, real life, and you love Jesus through this beautiful family. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

The history of slavery not only is hard to handle for blacks, but it brings a heavy heart on myself. It is heartbreaking that black men round up other blacks and sold them. I have not found any slave ownership in my ancestry. I just keep telling myself that we must know history to make sure it does not repeat it. We have to spread love and kindness and not blame anyone now what happened so long ago. We had no controll of history. ❤
