Hi Tokki!! Love your videos! Im going to Seoul next month do you have any recommendations? You should make a seoul travel guide/cafe hopping videos❤️ Lots of love
Awww thank you so much for your comment, I appreciate you, 🥹✨ made my day! I’m so excited for your upcoming trip! 😍 I’d love to help you plan. What are your fav things to do / food generally? Oooh good idea! I’ll try to pull together a Seoul guide / cafe list soon! 🥰 btw, I only post places I’d recommend so feel free to browse through my videos and pick ideas that best fit your interests too. ☺️
@@withTOKKI We’re staying in Hongdae and we’re definitely planning to do the main touristy things like Nseoul tower, the palaces/renting a hanbok/bukchon hanok village, gwangjang market, Everland, DDP! I love kpop so I def want to visit kpop companies but not sure if you can do anything beyond that maybe try to go to a kpop music show? But not sure if I need a Korean Id for that. We also love the aesthetic cafe culture and animal cafes. And cute diy stores like making your own phone case/keychain etc! For food we love ALL food def want to get good kbbq and bossom, and I want to try marinated crabs, we wanna eat everything!
Lotte World Tower has an even better view than N Seoul Tower so would recommend that one if you could only choose one. Though hiking up to N Seoul tower is always super fun too. ❤️ For cafes, highly recommend checking out Ikseondong area. Very central with super chic / trendy cafes built into refurbished hanoks (Korean traditional houses) it’s a vibe. If you’re staying in Hongdae, definitely try the sushi spot in my Hongdae video. The sushi is amazing and so affordable! The only downside is you’ll want to go wait in line maybe 15 - 30 min before it opens (on a weekday) in order to make sure you and your friends are able to get in. Lotte World is super cute too. Fun place to go with friends- unless you absolutely hate long lines. If you like Central Park vibes in NYC, recommend checking out Olympic Park, Seokcheon lake, Cheonggyecheon stream. Beautiful nature walks right in the middle of the city! For food… omg I need to circle back for this one 😆 too many recommendations, but if you could only pick one spot from the video, my fav was the last one: Korean bbq at WONJO Mapo Sogeum Gui. The meat is soooo good! And super unique. Recommend trying the secret “Don’t Ask” pork cut. :) I’ll keep an eye out on this chat thread, so feel free to follow up with any other specific questions here :) Ohhh!!! One more recommendation. If you don’t mind going out of the city a bit- Nami Island was soooo fun!!! One of my favorite memories and a lot of famous K-dramas were filmed there. I have a video for that one too if you want to see if it fits what your group is looking for ❤️
Looking forward to more videos from you ❤ Don't give up; keep up the great content and your channel will continue to grow! You have such a nice personality and your voice is so calming 🍣 wishing you the best
I read your comment so many times 😝 thank you so much for your encouragement. 🥹❤️ I’ll do my best, hope to share more amazing food in Korea with all of you 🙏🏻
This is amazing! I live in Suwon and don't go to Seoul that often, but I am a food lover and enjoy exploring and trying new korean dishes ❤ I'm taking notes from you for when I go to Seoul😄
That’s amazing! Ive been to suwon once and obsessed with their fried chicken alley! Haha, best fried chicken I’ve had in my life. 🥹 That’s so cool! Seoul is so much fun, I’m so excited for when you visit. Definitely lmk how it goes. ☺️
If you can only pick one of these spots b/c of time constraints, definitely prioritize the “Wonjo Mapo Sogeum Gui”. It is sooo amazing. Especially the “Don’t Ask” speciality cut of pork. “묻지마“ is the Korean translation. Though the other cuts of meat there are super high quality. Their soup is so good too, but just a warning it is very spicy for most people. ☺️
Soooo good right? Everything literally tastes so amazing. Also, I do a ton of research before every trip 😆❤️ so the spots I post are the best of the best in their respective categories. Haha! I just save up my vacation and only use it for Korea. We’ve gone at least once every year ❤
