I joined a tasting of To'ak once. If you know the original taste of cacao it preserves a lot of this citric flavours of the fruit flash. To'ak is known for the use of the original cacao trees which have much more flavour than the most used breedings which are easier to grow.

Is not like normal chocolat is almost 100 percent chocolate, good 👍 not everybody like it.. i do.. real chocolate is not too sweet. 🤷‍♀️ 👍

I don’t get who the target consumer is and why make it so expensive. Anyone who buys this is just stupid I don’t care how rich you are it just does not make any sense with wine at least there is a reason why it’s expensive it takes years for it to get the right taste but chocolate takes hours at most no matter how you do it.
