This is exactly the career change im looking to do. Just shutdown my staffing company and am looking to get a gooseneck and a good CTL w/mulcher, grapple, etc. You're literally living my dream brother. I aim to leave Texas soon to go develop my 40 acres in Arkansas and move the business there once enough funds are raised. Houston just isnt cutting it any longer.
Lance is like a goddamned surgeon with that thing…Watching him weave his way through all that stuff @22:05 Timelapse was awesome how he picks his way meticulously but leaves the bigger trees. Love it!!!
Another great mulching video Lance, bad luck with the cable from your machine. Bring more like this one. Your ears must ring after being sat in that machine all day.
Hey lance on your wire for the quick attach wire that keeps getting ripped off idk how it connects on the jcb but on the deere skids they have the quick conect wires ran through a piece hydraulic hose and its restrained at either end we never had a problem getting them caught but at 1800 hrs when the hose broke in half from normal wear and tear that broke the wires inside but just a thought u might be able to come up with something from this idea
I’m cooking up an idea to run some actual conduit pipe from the entrance hole into the cavity of the boom and run the wire through it. It just gets frustrating!
@@honeycuttsbrushmore3244 cool show us wat u come up with . ru still liking the jcb or are u thinking about trading her off for something different i knew it was giving u some issues for a bit but i dont think u mentioned wat was broke
They replaced my entire pump from a bad valve in system. At 350 hours. How do you like the JCB? My 3ts gets hot when mulching. What did you do to make yours handle it?

It’s not a bad side gig too if you can manage two jobs like I do! I’m an elementary school assistant principal that mulches on the side! Fun life!

It’s not so bad the ringing. I would wear headphones, but then I can’t really hear the machine and I worry I may not hear if it breaks or messes up.
I’m always fascinated at how this machine eats up everything. 👍👍
気持ちがいいですね。どんどん更地になっていく。こんな凄い機械があるんもんですね。
I could sure use your services out at the farm, good video brother
great transformation. What is the approximate cost to clear 1 acre of level land using this method? Thanks
Depends on the time it takes. The average rate around here is about $200 and hour. This job for about 3 acres took just around 11 hours.
@@honeycuttsbrushmore3244 Awesome. Thanks for the reply.

Very Good JOB Lance Keep UP the good work

Great work. Looks awsome
Great Job Mulching ur customer land. too bad about the cable. besides that, how do u like the jcb side door steerskid?
I’ve liked it so far. It’s got around 1000 hours and I’ve had a few issues with the hydraulics, but other than that it’s been a fantastic purchase.
Lance, good to see the JCB 270T back in action.
What did the dealer find wrong with it?
It was a bad valve in the hydraulic housing. The whole valve had to be replaced. It was a mess!

Mulching seems to slow down regrowth more than dozing.
As long as they keep a good check on it and keep it maintained after it definitely does.

My property is on Mount Pleasant Road, just off highway 50, in Willow Springs, NC
Мне нравится как ты наводишь порядок на участках. Приятно видеть как меняется территория,когда работает эта машина.
I know this is work but I'd love to do it for free. It looks like so much fun.
👌🏻
That is quite the machine, all my father-in-law had was a brushhog. That wouldn't have worked at all
It’s an awesome attachment! Does wonders to underbrush!
Should help with deer hunting
Hoping to get the turkeys out there too!
